This is a great seafood spot in downtown Aspen. While it's not quite New England the place has that great New England feel. The food was excellent, and the restaurant was packed. Definitely a must visit restaurant while in Aspen!
The lobster roll was delicious but I wasn’t a fan or the French Fries. The espresso martini was perfection it was the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. My husband and I both tried the East Coast Oysters and they were hands down the best oysters we’ve had.
Highly recommend if you like seafood, oysters were excellent! Our server brought us a dozen of the most popular and they were all so fresh and delicious. Some reviews mentioned it was super loud but we dined earlier at like 5:30p and it was quite nice.
Super cool ambiance. Need to make a reservation for dinner, but the bar area is first come first serve for dinner and drinks. Get there early. We got the oysters and some wine. Great place! I see why it's so popular. Follow my Google profile for more reviews!
Brilliant and delicious afternoon lunch. We didnt have a res but they found a charming high top in the bar for us. Fun and festive menu, we gobbled down their gorgeous gravlax platter, so unctuous and inviting, then their steamed clams and mussels were so flavorful and dipping their grilled sourdo
What an awesome spot! I’m from the East Coast, Maryland specifically and I know my oysters. I never expected to find high quality oysters in the mountains but man did Clark’s deliver!
We also had the burgers and they were exceptional, the service was awesome and I really enjoyed it
I am friendly with the owner's of Clark's who hail from Austin, like me. Recently, I had a happy hour meal with friends out on their expanded (due to COVID) patio. Before 5pm, it is the happy hour menu, which includes some of the regular menu items including specials on cocktails and oysters.
