Excellent food and service. Paella perfectly made tapas were the garlic pork loin thin sliced but still moist. Come enjoy you won't be sorry!

This is a go to place for tapas and wine. They sport a good paella that is seasoned perfectly and are very decent portions. The staff are friendly and attentive and speak both English and Spanish. The location is convenient and accessible and has a mellow and friendly ambience. Good for dining solo

Only con I found is that tables are not set up within the recommended social distance. I recommend this restaurant.
Visited La Rioja for my grandmotherās 65th birthday. We enjoyed 4 Paellaās including one vegetarian one I was extremely impressed with! I have been to the rioja resturant twice this month. the tapas are very tasty. the same goes for the paella, was so delicious, good for two persons. the sangria was exceptional. We had a great time, the staff is courteous. Highly recommend.
One of the best Spanish tapas restaurant in NY! The paella is excellent here, with awesome authentic Spanish foods! I always get the red sangria, but the white is awesome as well! Not your typical sangria
The food is great and the service was amazing. Been to Spain many times and when I eat here Iām taken back to my favorite local spot in Barcelona. I definitely recommend if you want a taste of Spain.
Amazing place for tapas in Astoria. Everything we ate was simple delicious. Beginning with the bread then the shrimp in garlic sauce, the octopus (so tender), dates with bacon (yummy) and several more tapas including the anchovies (give them a try) which also were reeeally good!!!
