Had my standby, bbq pork with creamy slaw and baked beans... But I added a rib for only $2. It was meaty, smoky and juicy. Definitely gonna do ribs again. The only issue with this place is it is not closer to where I live!
Great BBQ. Always a tasty treat. Nice to have this place and the renovations made it even better. Fair prices but the affordable side dishes and kids meals make it a super value. Don’t charge me $5 for French fries when I can get them for $2 here.
I’ve eaten Fresh Air for over 30 years, every location. This location has the same pork sandwich you always want . However, the Stew at both locations is not the same as the original. I honestly wonder if it’s canned. No disrespect meant to the owners.
The BBQ is great. I don't love the slaw, it is too sweet for my taste. The stew ranks pretty high as well!
Friendly service. Ribs were smoked and tender, needed more rub for flavor. One of the sides was 2 tbs of water based slaw in a tiny cup. Baked beans were good, but nothing special.
One of my favorites. Realize that BBQ sauces come in many regional styles. This is more a thin, vinegar-based sauce. The chopped pork is first rate. Add some slaw to your sandwich and voila! Delicious and affordable. So glad to have found this place. Only odd thing is their hours. 11-7 three days a week.
