The chocolate pancakes were not good (but were happily replaced). The steak tips were sweet but chewy.... The service was great. Kind of get what you pay for late night experience. Stick to the basics here.
Potentially busy than expected during the morning time. Cleanliness need to take care of. Less server than the table, serving was slow.

This IHOP is the last of the old building style and I love it. I had a nice waitress. The spinach omlette with hollandaise sause was so fluffy. It was pleasant surprise and great experience!
I think this might be the oldest IHOP on earth. If so, love the retro vibe. But wow! The service is lacking. The food was less than par. It was like a Waffle House with nice booths. Get it together friends. It could be a fun breakfast destination if presented in the right way.
