Saturday morning and couldn’t be better. Very welcoming place with nice people. Good food as well. It is on a busy street so parking could be tricky some times. Most of young crowd as campus nearby but also people who come there from years as well. The mac & cheese nuggets was a good one. Also there mint milkshake, and butter finger milkshake was awesome. The black bean burger was so fresh and good.

We stayed in Athens for a few days and before our trip, I had searched for some breakfast places for our stay there. We had our first breakfast here - and since everything was perfect, we returned here for every other breakfast during our stay. The staff is just awesome, they really make you feel at home and create a lovely atmosphere in the diner. The food was also very good and also more than reasonably priced. We spend $25-30 per day (for a breakfast + coffee + juice for two, incl. taxes and tips). Can highly recommend and I would love to have such a place nearby!!!

The staff was extremely friendly, at this quaint little diner! Our server was extremely attentive she kept our drinks filled and our food came very fresh and quickly. 12 minutes from the time we ordered to be exact. We ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich that came with fresh French fries. Also, a open face roast beef with mashed potatoes brown gravy and a side salad with blue cheese. The Philly was flavored perfectly. Just the right amount of diced peppers and onion on the tender moist beef. The bread was nice and crisp on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. A decent sized sandwich for the price. The salad was pretty large size salad. Beautiful crisp fresh ice burg lettuce, tomato was a vibrant red homegrown taste. The croutons gave the salad an extra crisp. Even the dressing had a house made texture and flavor. The open faced Roast Beef was nice and tender bits of juicy beef. A huge scoop of mashed potatoes covered with brown gravy. The two pieces of buttery Texas toast complemented the meal beautifully. If you're looking for a real southern sweet tea that is even better than McDonald's then this is the place to purchase that! Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out! We will be back again on our way through another time! Highly recommended!

While visiting my brother on campus, we stopped by and had breakfast here and we were very impressed. There was a bit of a wait but that process was handled well with some long range pagers so you just needed to put your name down and stay relatively close to the place and you knew when you were up next. The service and food were both good and the prices weren’t bad at all. Our waitress was professional and checked on us like 5 times during our meal. The portion sizes were really good too. I ordered an omelette and it came with hash downs AND toast. (i thought it was either or but it included both!) If you’re in athens, make it a point to get breakfast here!
