Don't be deceived--Buddy's may look like a fast food chain, but their food doesn't reflect it! I ordered a half-chicken meal with potato salad and coleslaw, and pulled pork dinner with green beans and baked beans. Both meals came with hushpuppies! Oh it was quality and delicious!! Coleslaw was fresh
Pulled chicken was pretty dry, baked beans were clearly from a can and the slaw tasted like a store bought generic slaw. The hush puppies were pretty good but that's about all the good I can say.
I'm not much on barbecue but I found their ham is absolutely delicious and they have regular buns instead of the sickly sweet buns people are using nowadays. They have some good deals throughout the week and if you don't like barbecue you can have the sauce on the side or omitted. The ham is a must
