First, our server was amazing! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves the kudos! The food was really good! Loved the apple butter and the potatoes! This place was really nice because it has lots of choices for families with different diet types. My family members that do not eat pork had a nice selection of alternative breakfast meats.

LOVED it. Busy but we went with 12 people for brunch and were seated in a reasonable amount of time. the customers were as diverse as the menu. The food was great, not presumptuous. We all enjoyed!! Grits to steak, Fried green tomatoes to turkey hash.. Our waitress, I think her name was Neva, was super nice. If we lived closer it would be one of our regular spots. Kid/family/hipster friendly... we did not have to worry about keeping the children silent.

I love his location! The staff is so nice and they always remember my daughter & I when we stop in. 2 adult breakfast with drinks for like $20. You can’t get that anywhere around the city anymore. It is a get bargain when you consider the portion sizes. I always take food home!

Always a wonderful time here. I bring my man here so he can get his fill of biscuits and gravy, and I get the Coca-Cola bbq salmon with grilled Mac and cheese, and heaven dusted potatoes. Best thing ever! Very quick and friendly service even when busy.

Sat at the bar for a great brunch with our waiter Ashley who was awesome! Super excited to come back often, very happy that we have this in our neighborhood now. The manager Eleyana stopped by and was incredibly gracious and nice.

I'm a regular. The High Flyer and coffee is soul food for me. Love sitting at the bar and being waited on by Charlotte/Lottie. They are the best.

The biscuits!! Absolutely yummy 😋! I had 2 cups of coffee and couldn't go to sleep until after midnight! 😅 Everything was tasty. The grits weren't like any I've ever ha, and I've had lots. They were very creamy and savory. he service was great! I will come back next time we're in the ATL.

This was a nice little surprise, kinda out of the way, down-home breakfast place. Meals were super affordable with great portion sizes. Tasty food options + great service + a lovely little patio. Definitely would eat there again.

Nice spot for breakfast. Food was very good along with the service. Even though they were understaffed. Servers worked together to make sure your needs were met. Nice atmosphere with outdoor dining. I had their egstavagsnza and my wife just a biscuit. Only reason for a 4 verses a 5 was the prices are a little high.

I really enjoyed my experience here. My mom, sister and I came for brunch,a few weeks ago. The host was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as charismatic. The menu offers much variety, and budget to match! Will be back with hubby❤️

Shrimp and grits were delicious! Biscuit was a little dry but had great flavor with the apple butter. The coffee was awful. Tasted old and burnt. The shrimp and grits made up for it. My husband got the hot chicken and waffles and said it was excellent. Nice portion sizes. Great service!

Not too bad of a breakfast spot. I got chicken Benedict, which was slightly bland. I would try again if i was near a location. Place was clean and they appeared to only have 2 staff members in the front. Service was good.

I’ve been to a lot of similar breakfasts restaurants, but this is my main one I go to. I just bounce around the menu, so I won’t get bored. Everything I’ve had has been good/great. I use to go to the tables side, but now I go the bar side for conversation. The servers there are all nice especially Lillian. If she is there and your server, you probably will have a A+ experience.

This was our first visit to "The Flying Biscuit" and it surely won't be our last. We ordered the Salmon Scramble and The Shrimp and Grits with a side of Bacon. The salmon normally comes with a dill cream cheese but I opted out of that and added cheddar. It was absolutely delicious. And the Shrimp and grit normally has a tomato sauce but we asked them to put that on the side. The Grits were creamy and flavorful. Seasoned just perfectly we didn't need to add anything to it. The Shrimp were a great sized and seasoned with a little bit of Cajun spice to complement the dish. And it wasn't overcooked. The Biscuit had a little crust around the edges but was soft and fluffy. But what made that Biscuit perfection besides was the Apple Cinnamon Jam. I'm almost positive it was made from scratch which is almost a sure-fire way to steal my heart. We also ordered the Peaches and Cream Biscuit to go. We haven't tried it yet but if the Peach are fresh and the Raspberry Sauce is made from scratch like the apple jam I'm sure it's a win. We almost forgot to mention the service. Our server was a young lady who was knowledgeable of the menu, ensured she let us know of the items in the dishes we had chosen, was attentive to details and was not overbearing during our dining experience but ensured we were taken care of. She was friendly and provided us with personable service. Without a shadow of doubt will be back and plan to take a few friends with us. We Highly recommend this place.

The Flying Biscuit has the absolute best grits and biscuits you will EVER eat! They have a great menu full of unique creations of breakfast items. But the only thing I have ever eaten is the biggest bowl of grits they offer as well as a fat biscuit with cranberry apple butter. Once you’ve had that, you won’t want anything else. Biscuits are so fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. And the grits are dreamy, creamy and taste like a dessert. Even if you don’t like grits…you’ll like these!

This is my first time at this restaurant and I must say I am pretty please. The food was really good they have some different options that I wasn't expecting. The oatmeal pancakes were not my favorite but the chai latte is to die for! Their grits are made a little different I think they have cheese already added into them. The chicken sausage was different but it was still a good delicious Choice great alternative to pork. My sister-in-law ordered the shrimp and grits entree and it did look divine. I would definitely come here again it is delicious!
