The coffee is excellent, now they are selling Venezuelan food and it’s delicious! The view and all the area around the coffee shop is just perfect. You can eat and spend time right next to the river, see wild life and relax. You can also work from there, they have plenty space for indoor and outdoor sitting! Parking is limited by time, 2 hours maximum. This is my favorite place in Atlanta. I highly recommend it. It’s a hidden gem 💎
5/5 would come again and again.
To talk about the elephant in the room, yes this by far the prettiest coffee shop I’ve been to. The Shop is a mostly glass building with a direct view and access to the Chattahoochee river. It’s truly breathtaking.
As far as coffee, it’s consistent and very well brewed. I had a decaf cappuccino and it was nothing crazy but tasted good! Great ratios, good texture on the milk, etc.
Lastly the food! I had a beef empanada, and wow its warm, tasty, and packed with flavor. Not to add, the verde salsa adds such a beautiful blend of acidity!
The only downside is paying 5$ for 2 hr limited parking, but hey you get what you paid for (in the best way possible).
Well worth the cost and I look forward to coming again.
Scenic spot to sightsee and sip coffee. Chattahoochee Coffee Co. is a hidden gem..!
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
An important detail to note is this location is only available to nonresidents on weekdays. You CANNOT enter the gated community on weekends. If the gate is closed when you roll up on a weekday, no worries, ring in and the coffee shop will allow you access. Signs clearly lead you to the designated parking area. Unfortunately, you have to pay for parking ($5); it's not validated. There is also a two hour limit. All being said, it's STILL worth the visit. The cafe has to maintain the beautiful grounds somehow and your parking fee will greatly contribute.
II. SERVICE
Kind and timely
III. QUALITY
I can vouch for the cappuccino, here ~ they served mine in a to-go cup so I don't think they do latte art. However, a to-go cup isn't bad because you'll want to go downstairs on a sunny day and walk along the radiant river. You'll notice a stone path to some woods where you can peacefully roam and sip on your drink.
IV. CAPACITY
Fair amount of available seating for a weekday. I have, however, heard of this place turning away customers when the limited parking has reached capacity❗Luckily, I haven't experienced that.
You can enjoy the upstairs indoor/outdoor seating. Both have great river views. Or you could go downstairs and find tables/lawn chairs to relax on.
Loved it very relaxing next to the water. Easy to get in with code on Visitor Box. Lots of parking but you have to register your car on app. Coffee and service were excellent!

My all-time favorite place to either take in a breath of fresh air, relax, or focus on my work. I love their coffee and tea selection and they usually have a delicious assortment of pastries. The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. I’ve been visiting for over 4 years. It’s absolutely stunning.
Great location on the river. Coffee is nice. I think it's the same coffee sold in whole foods, (good culture). Had the quiche which was nice. Would recommend for breakfast and lunch dates
Located directly on Chattahoochee river with great views from outside seating area or indoor area. Coffee is good.
Staff is very friendly with good service
The only negative, it is located in a gated community (Walton on Chattahoochee) and you have to enter a code to get in. Instruction are however written at the gate. The Coffee shop is open Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 7 pm but only for residents. There is no public gate access on weekends.
Parking is not free. Maximum allowed 2 hours. It cost $5 for 2 hours.
Charming coffee place at the bank of the river with amazing views.
The location of this coffee shop is better than any I have ever seen in any city all my life. Extremely scenic n calm place and much better in experience. Didn't really enjoy the coffee as much to be honest & there aren't too many options on the menu either but I suppose most ppl who come here, do for the beautiful spot that it is. Plenty of space both indoors n outdoors to visit. Definitely will visit again!
Beautiful property and good coffee + baked goods. Not sure I would come regularly just because paid parking to get coffee is a bit steep (I do understand the reasoning to some extent).
Lovely place to meet with someone or have a bit of a personal retreat time though!
Few to no kids/families around but the outdoor grassy area is kid friendly.
Wonderful and pleasant experience while amazed by the multi talented barista. The company is quite fortunate to have such great talented staffs 😲✨💯😍. We watched the barista gentleman running the circuit, sort of speak. He was assisting with the orders, and the long line of morning customers waiting for their "cups of ☀️ Sunshine". While he was answering calls calmly and smoothly to the customers asking for direction/ trying to order. At the same time, he was drizzle hot water to make drip coffee Lagolondrina for us. Circuit Du Soleil in Real life. Amazing 😍🤩 💯
The atmosphere and location of this coffee are spot on. Right at the bench if Chattahoochee River. What more can one ask for a view while sipping slowly a cup of black drip coffee, handmade 🤩.
The Matcha 🍵 latte with vibrant green color and a hint of lightly creamed. This is we'll concentrated real green Matcha that one can taste more of the green Matcha tea than the cream.
Dirty Chai half dark and bitter half spice chai tea with cream with foam that painted a white mustache of a happy 😁 smile. Life is good 😊 ☀️🙏🏼😇
You gonna love the place, it has amazing view must must try once, just for the view in the middle of city!!
Gorgeous!! I went there as fall was starting and it gave me a sense of peace. BUT it is pretty inconvenient to have to pay $5 for 2 hour parking and it's only open to the public during weekdays (since it's in an apartment complex). I plan to go again, it's the atmosphere that makes it.
Passing through Chattahoochee, we stopped in for some authentic Chattahoochee Coffee. I asked the barista what separated Chattahoochee Coffee Company from Starbucks. He said: "We care about the coffee, from the bean until it drips into your cup."
It was reflected in the delicious roast roast of my coffee. In the atmosphere was great, the smell was life! I highly recommend Chattahoochee Coffee Company in Georgia.
