Overall we had a good experience and will be back. Not many options for vegetarians. We brought our young boys and met another family with children. The atmosphere is laid back and family friendly. There was not a lot of communication or direction when we first arrived. I waited a while and no one came to the table so I waved at one of the waiters to take our orders so the kids didn’t have to wait too long. The food was good but the service could have been much better since it wasn’t too crowded.
I’ve never been around Atlanta, and my friend’s parents recommended this place for Pho! It was super clean, and staff were very friendly!
I really enjoyed their Pho and broth used! 🤤 We came again before we left because it was so good! ❤️
Food was delicious but the atmosphere changed for me after I was “greeted” if I can say that , by who I think it was the female owner ( e think that because she was not wearing blue top like every one else) she was with her phone on a video personal call not even said hello to me she just pointed out the table for me to seat , got my food was delicious Bu the service wasn’t there after looking she checked only in the people that were Vietnamese , they never checked if I wanted something extra or if everything was ok, if you can pass by the terrible customer service you will love this place food is worth to come back . We ordered the spring rolls and the large pho .
BuHi strikes again y'all! Me and my friends continued our Buford Hwy adventure at Pho Dai Loi #2 in the hopes of getting some pho before the weather got too warm. And let me tell ya, we're so glad we did.
We ordered some spring rolls (pork I believe). They were crispy and super well seasoned. We also got one of the rice noodle bowls to share with roasted pork and shrimp. Tossed with the sauce it disappeared faster than it was brought out. We also got a sauteed beef and fried rice dish. That beef was incredibly tender. Honestly I don't even know how they do it!!!
Finally, the star of the show: the pho. We ordered 3 mini pho ga (chicken pho) and one standard beef combination pho. All were so freaking flavorful. The broth is really how you judge a pho place and Pho Dai Loi #2 did not disappoint. The mini is PLENTY of good btw, especially if you get appetizers or something else to share.
Also, yes this place is transit accessible: right off the MARTA Route 39.
I love this place. One of the dining options that I could suggest to anyone who wants to try Vietnamese food. The portion is great, and they have good variety.
If you’re a fan of spicy food, try the “Bun Bo Hue”. It probably tops any other Vietnamese places in Atlanta. Other dishes like Pho, Com Tam are pretty much similar to other restaurants.
Ah and they have the new Robot. Not sure what I feel about it yet.
Go for the food. Not a fancy restaurant at all but the Pho' is great. This is a go-to spot for us. Because we like the Pho' so much we rarely order other dishes.
The BBQ pork spring rolls are delicious and who can go wrong with the iced coffee.

Came for the Pho. Wish they had a Bánh Mi 🥺. This is when I realize Seattle spoiled me. All in all good service, good pho and cheap prices. Not as good as their #1 restaurant but still a good Pho Dai Loi to stop by for sure. Will be back and would recommend
That’s one of my favorite restaurant in Atlanta! Must try the beef stew with rice noodle. And #25 is spicy pork feet rice noodle. The spring roll is good too, but will try the fried one next time. Price is increased due to the inflation I think, but quality still good.
Was told it was the best pho in Atlanta by a friend, but personally think it's closer to just above average. This might have to do with what I ordered, so I will order the same thing my friend got next time I go. The jasmine tea was great though!
I've eaten a lot of pho, and this is the best I've ever had. I've been a regular here for well over 10 years and all the food is very consistent.
I like #18, it's a good mix between great beefy flavor without too much chewy fat.
Also try the bun noodle bowls.
Great Pho spot. Super clean and quick customer service.
Even though you car really never go wrong with pho, you can always tell if it’s a good restaurant if it’s clean and how diverse the customer base is. You’ll find families, couples, tourists and businessmen flocking to the humble restaurant.
As soon as I walked in, the hostess guided me to the closest table, and asked me for my order. Went to use the restroom for a few minutes; came back and shortly after my pho was out.
The cleanliness is immaculate and the food is freshly prepared. Definitely a must-try if you haven’t tried Vietnamese food.
I absolutely love this place the food is amazing everytime. I have been coming for about 4 yrs and it just gets better. One of my favorites seriously by far ! Passed 5 starts ill give it a 10 easily!!
Food was good
Pho was good but portion not big if your a big eater
Place was clean
Staff was very nice
The pho is delicious! The portion sizes of food is adequate the ambience is meh which is typical for a Vietnamese restaurant. I have no complaints about the service and they have a good health score . I think this is the first time my family did not have leftovers because we ate it all. This is hands down one of my favorite pho spots now
The beef stew and pho were absolutely delicious. The broth for both dishes were savory and very flavorful and included lots of meat. The service was friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine!
This location in Doravile is well known to locals in the area. It's super spacious and can fit large groups. Serving sizes are pretty good still despite the rising prices.
Purely food based review:
Bun Bo Hue - One of my personal favorite Viet soup dishes. Made from Beef & Pork broth, layered with huge slices of beef, added lettuce from the side, and served with some congealed pork blood (acquired taste, but you can put to the side). It's nicely spiced and noodles were great.
Always always ALWAYS come here for their bun bo hue and pho. It's elite. We changed it up this time and we know next time to keep it that way. Still super good. I drive from Athens a lot to come eat here. Eaten here for years and the prices have gone up substantially, but the portion sizes are still good.
