Order their classic tonkatsu. It was prepared quite well; the taste was excellent and portion size was quite good. Ramen had lot of corn kernels which I haven’t seen in other places - would have preferred that to be in fewer quantity. Although, it didn’t really comprise the taste. Keeping the spicy sauce on the side was a good idea!
The tonkatsu broth was more flavorful than other ramen shops, the chicken wings were delicious but dandan ramen was just alright. Ramen portion was small for the price and service can be improved.
Great food! The restaurant is inside Ponce City Market so it’s pretty tight. Definitely not kids friendly. Still come back for ramen tho
Unreal. The broth was rich and I just loved everything about this restaurant. You can add the chilli paste for your ramen and it was HOT! If you wonder what it taste like, it’s like those spicy rice popper snack from Trader Joe’s. It was a perfect match for my ramen. And all the skewers were very nice!
I can't say enough about the ramen at Ton Ton! Their soup broth is so rich and delicious, you don't mind making that "slurp" sound while everybody watches! In fact they're probably all doing it as well! The place is the cacophony of people happily slurping!
My husband always gets the most outlandish ramen they have and he always gets it extra extra spicy! They will make ramen anyway you want it and I always say while I'm eating, "this is the best way to have it".
I can't recommend a particular thing on the menu because everything is so delicious! But if you ask them up front "what's the best thing today", order whatever they say.
Be sure to also get the steamed dumplings ... probably a double order because you could sit there all day gobbling those delicious nuggets!!
If I could give this place 10 stars or better I totally would! Both my grown kids and my husband would say the exact same thing!
I been a few months in the east coast and its the first ramen that taste so good rich and creamy and the wings spicy so delicious i recommend this place so much, they are fast giving the food not more than 10 min when you order
As a Korean who often traveled to Japan, the ramen here is delicious. It was a great choice to choose the menu.
I was in Atlanta for six weeks and dined here several times. The Hakata Tonkotsu Classic always came out so hot, fresh, tender and savory. The service is super friendly. I miss it already!
Excellent Ramen bowl style food. Poke bowl was excellent too.
Food was delicious. The portions are small. Definitely going back.
Great experience. Friendly customer service especially in finding a table comfortable for us. Good food. Got the vegetarian Ramen. Dumplings were good. The wings were fried perfectly and the edamame was good as well. Had a few beers and my friend a sake (keepsake glass) and dry noodles. She enjoyed her meal as well. Located in ponce city market. Would eat again.
My family and I came to Atlanta for a few days for vacation and looked for a place to eat dinner. This place is fantastic, it was so good we had to go back the next night. I highly recommend the Dan Dan. That dish is so flavorful, adding the butter corn bomb to it takes it to the next level.
Inside of Ponce City Market. The space is tight. The ramen were okay, didn’t give me that wow factor. Love the dumplings 🥟!!
One of the best bowls of ramen I have had in the USA! Quick and bomb
A very busy hot spot, but service is so quick that you will be seated and served with little wait so don't be intimidated by the seating. I recommend the dan dan noodles if you want creamy noodles with no broth, and the tonkotsu if you want a more traditional ramen. I would like to point out that the prices are very reasonable and recommend this place for people wanting to save money on their trip but still enjoy a nice treat. We were served by TJ and enjoyed his happy and helpful service.
