Great prices for authentic and well-prepared food. We loved the lamb shank, shrimp, large Greek salad, hummus, pita bread, rice pudding, and pistachio baklava. Friendly staff and an efficient establishment.

Service and food were both great! We just happened to swing by this plaza and had to try Med Grill. The staff was pleasant and the wait was short. We ordered the gyro and combination plates, tabbouleh and dolmas. The plates were exactly what you'd expect from a gyro platter, but LARGE portions. The tabbouleh was so fresh and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the dolmas, but they weren't the worst I've had! Definitely worth a try!

If you ever stop near Downtown Atlanta, this is definitely the place to visit for Mediterranean food! Really well prepared and the atmosphere was quiet and clean! The calamari is definitely a great appetizer at this place. I'll be back when I visit Atlanta again.

Solid greek food, available on Uber eats. would order again. Combination feast was pretty awesome. The kufta was the star, but the kabob and gyro is solid too. Hot sauce is ok, reminiscent of salsa. Tzatziki is solid, be sure to ask for extra. Side salad is excellent as well. Very fresh, good dressing with lots of pepper, I would order it on the side if not getting a meal that includes it. Hummus is excellent, will definitely order this again. Bread has good texture. Falafel is awesome as well, rough cut with spices on the inside. Great texture and perfect with a little tzatziki. Baklava is tasty, but pretty average. Hard to get through it with a plastic fork, but overall still a nice sweet treat for the end. Looking forward to ordering from them again.

Great restaurant that offers something other than the standard American diet. Gluten, Grain free, and vegan friendly. Flavorful healthy options here. Will definitely be visiting again.

This is my go to spot for lunch. You cannot beat the Business lunch special for value. While other restaurants have either increased prices or decreased portions because of inflation Mediterranean Grill has done neither. Post COVID it has consistently been the best value in Midtown.

So my friend and I came here for a late dinner on a Thursday night about an hr before closing. Great food, excellent service and good authentic menu. I got the Spanakopita with Greek salad, side of which was suppose to be red wine vinaigrette was more like a salsa dressing and tzatiki sauce and my friend got the gyro dinner plate. I was dismayed at how small my spanakopita was but it was delicious and expertly crafted to be flakey and flavorful. His lamb for the gyro plate was perfectly cooked tender and good pieces cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Greek salad was nothing to write about other than more cucumbers please! The Greek yogurt sauce is very good but it would be even better if it had more zest from the lemon and less chunky. Overall food quality but more portions would’ve been nice for the price. Next time I’ll try a different dish.

Busy on a Saturday night so togo food took about 15 minutes. Nice decor although it could be cleaner. The grilled vegetables were the best thing I've eaten in a really long time! This food is amazing and it's worth the wait. The tzatziki was soupier than I've had at other places but has a good flavor. I was waiting for my food and reading other reviews and saw someone had posted they didn't like the rap music playing. Funny just at that moment the manager said can you turn that off and put on something less explicit? It wasn't really bothering me but I waited the rest of the time in silence Hahaha

Solid fast casual. This place has been a go to for years! It feels the the food is fresh and well cooked. Simple but good. With an abundance of to-go orders they seem to pay less attention to the customers on site but everywhere has staff troubles nowadays. Watch out, the kalamata olives have pits!

The food was authentic and incredible! The hummus was simple but perfect, The lamb was literally falling off the bone and the basmati rice ... OMG, made to perfection was raisins. Greatly priced as well, especially for the location! I will certainly be back!
