I know that Jason's is known primarily for the sandwiches, but I go to this location for the salad bar. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, but for speed Jason's is as fast if not faster than fast food (which I mostly deplore). The trick is to go to the self-checkout for soup/salad that's near the end of the regular sandwich ordering line. I think the longest I've had to wait was with one person ahead of me. You basically follow an easy-to-use touch screen menu to make your selection(s) then pay with a credit or debit card - it's that easy. The hardest thing about the whole process - understanding that the stripe on your card needs to face-up instead of face-down when swiping.
The salad bar itself, while not as long/large as Sweet Tomatoes (which I'll forever use as a comparison - eat there some time and you'll understand why) but still chocked full of most of what you might want. I usually load up and throw a couple of hardboiled eggs for protein and use the balsamic vinegar dressing. They also have these small muffins that are delicious (the dark ones, don't know what's in them but they have a cinnamon/nutmeg flavor). There's also free chocolate, vanilla or swirl soft-serve when you're done with the salad. I'm talking a 30 minute lunch here, folks, giving you plenty of time to go to the US Post Office next door.
You really pay for quality, but it's well worth the difference. Awesome salad bar, free ice cream, and fantastic sandwiches. Atmosphere is fun, usually quiet except during peek times, this is a must visit if you've never been to one.

Can't go wrong. I go here often because my two year old likes the free crackers, pasta, and free ice cream. If he likes it, then it must be good!
I cannot believe how amazing the chicken noodle soup; best I have ever had! Even more surprising I am leaving a review of a soup.,,,
Super fast. The employees were nice the food was good but what I was most impressed with was the speed of service. I paid with cash and while I was fumbling with my wallet putting my change away they brought my food out. I was very happy since I was on my lunch break. I got the beefeater with spicy seafood gumbo. the beefeater came with au jus which saved it (very dry). The gumbo was good. I was also pleased by the free ice cream.
Fresh, delish, fast. I don't eat there because it's too loud for me, but my food is always fresh and delicious, exactly as requested with prompt service. They also deliver which is great on days when we can't step away from our desks. Plus it's completely affordable. So now it's a weekly lunch spot for me & my colleagues.

"Always delightful". I have been going to Jason's Deli for many years now, and it is consistently good. They are one of the few places left with a salad bar, and it is well stocked and everything is generally fresh. They also have great soups, sandwiches and loaded baked potatoes. The Poblano Corn Chowder is a great on a cold day and has a slight kick. Today I had their new Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich, which has marinated chicken breast, bacon, swiss, tomato, Russian dressing and guacamole on whole grain wheat. I thought it was very good except for the Russian dressing, which added a sweet, honey mustardish taste which I don't care for on a sandwich. I also love their Ranchero wrap, which has the same grilled chicken, pico de gallo and I think guac and sour cream in a tortilla. It comes with chips and salsa. Their sandwiches are available with fruit instead of chips for a small surcharge, and I love the fruit dip that comes with it. My only complaint is that sometimes the tea is not sweet enough, but this varies day to day and location to location. A great place for a quick, healthy lunch.
Visited on 11/19/23. Ms. Rebecca was amazing. Even though you don't expect someone to check on you in this type of concept, she consistently checked on us. I appreciate the attention. We eat at several Jason's locations but this is our first time to this one. My soup could have been hotter but that’s my only qualm.
Two younger guys were also helpful, one had dreads. We will definitely be back!
Just moved back to Atlanta few months ago and this particular Jason’s is right by where I live. I am consistently getting meals from there. I have never ever had poor service or food poison for that matter (lol!!). Stevie sees me coming in and has my order right there at the counter. The other night there was an elderly lady at the counter ordering and he was helping her with the Jason’s Deli app on her phone. He was patient and sweet with her. It is people like this that you want working for you and running your business. I hope he is paid well. I have seen him recognize other customers too when they have come in. Customer service like that makes a HUGE difference.
Went to Jason's Deli near our Residence Inn Marriott hotel and I was very impressed with the Beefeater. Really delicious, and the customer service was also very good. If there is anything negative, it would the fact that there are no bottled Coca Colas available in the front as a choice. That would have completed my to go order. Thank you again for the really great sandwich.
Derion, Stevie and Rebecca were the workers up front today and they (as always) did an amazing job with fantastic customer service. Jason’s Deli is my go-to place for food, a family favorite. Honestly we come practically once a week. Food is always cooked perfectly, atmosphere is so friendly and calm (can be a bit chilly inside during the summer but with a sweater on not bad). Most importantly, if there was a mistake in the order I have always had a great experience getting it all sorted out no questions asked. I absolutely love this place.
I accidentally stumbled upon this place. Just amazed at the service, the attention to customer satisfaction and the friendliness of the staff. The free ice cream, the bag of chips that came with every sandwich is extra icing on top. The sandwiches and paninis we ordered was on point, the bread perfectly toasted and the avocado was just gorgeous. Keep it up, guys. Excellent work, much appreciated.
We stopped in to get some food to go. The girl in the takeout express was friendly as she took our order. We only had to wait like 5 minutes for the food to get ready. We got the chicken panini, mac and cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was delicious, I definitely recommend trying it. The soup was a tad on the salty side and it didn’t have hardly any noodles or veggies.
I had a taste for the Veggie Wrap and requested that they hold the green bell peppers because raw green peppers pack too much of a punch for me, but they did not and I had to go picking through the sandwich. 😕 But, other than that, I enjoy this wrap and the broccoli cheddar is good. Thanks for lunch!
One of the best delis in Sandy springs! Something I love about them is the opulence of food and service !
For example they always through in some.muffins and chips with any order . Anyway I love their chicken salad sandwich, seafood gumbo and the big make your own salad for about 11 bucks ! Too good and the people are good 💯

I came here with my daughter to try this location. I sat down and placed my order over the phone while I was sitting in the restaurant. Our order was ready within five to seven minutes. The application did not send out an email but I went over to check with the lady at the counter who happily checked and verified my order. She said oh yes we have it ready right here. This restaurant took my gift card and then processed the gift card immediately without incident. The food that we ordered was accurate. The buffet that was set up for customer consumption was clean upon arrival. The restrooms here were also clean and without any offensive smell. The dining area was being maintained by one of the workers and was well-kept and clean without any tables being left cluttered with dishes.
Ms. Patty at the register was the absolute sweetest. She made us feel welcomed as first time visitors and carefully explains the menu to us. My friend and I had just come from a long 24 hours of moving. So to be greeted with such a warm and friendly personality was just the pick me up we needed. Make sure to keep her on staff!
Jason's kinda fills that gaping hole that was created when STEAK N ALE went under, especially with their EXCEPTIONAL salad bar! But, their soups and sandwiches are very good also! SALUTE...!
It was a pleasure dining at Jason deli located in Dunwoody Ga. On last night 9/28/2023 with my beloved family. The team Memeber Markel had excellent customer service he was alert, patient, polite and he smiled. Thanks for the delicious food Bri and the additional crew members at Jason’s deli. Way to go with making our dining experience and excellent one. God bless.
Kid friendly, helpful staff, clean and plentiful seating. Priced right for our family of five. I would have given more stars, but their salad bar was out of muffins, out of chocolate milk for my kids, fountain drink was partially out of order and most of all... their ice cream machine was out of order.
Love this place. Feels like family when we go on Sundays. Rebecca is always there to get our seats and take care of us.
