So impressed! My spouse and I wanted to have a small party for our running group. Panera's made this so easy: coffee plus bagels ready EARLY on a cold Saturday morning; They even allowed us to monopolize the front section of the restaurant. These are good people. Please buy from them.
This place has turned around their customer service. I had multiple issues with mistakes in the past but in the last 6 months, they have been spot on with every order. I also love the ability to order and pay in the app, then I just breeze in and grab my bag off the express shelf.
Standard Panera as far as options and quality of food. The staff member who took my order was nice while still being efficient and helpful. The person who completed the order was less so. When I asked for butter (their container was empty), she stared at me blankly for a moment then walked away. She
This place is warm and inviting. The staff behind the counter have always been friendly and professional with a great attitude. The food is always spot on and fresh whether you want soup, salad, sandwich or any of the wide variety of baked goods. I highly recommend the Spicy Thai with Chicken Salad.
Our cashier was super amazing!! Giving us time to order and not rushing us to place order. She double confirmed and was very happy and nice. Food was hot and made to our liking. Place was clean and cozy.
Always yummy healthy food! This locations seems to make enough baked goods to last the whole day. Mariah welcomed me warmly and was very personable. If I was in town more often this would definitely be my go-to Panera.
Food is consistently delicious. Ordering online is usually quick and easy and ready within the 5 min drive it took me to get here from work. Not usually overly busy, but recommend ordering ahead online because it's always extremely convenient.
I love my job for those of you with the rude comment let me reassure you that some of us are working 12 hrs shifts that turn into doubles so yes we are stressed out sometimes. It's Panera. Great food options, I have breakfast here a lot. I love steel cut oats and they have decent ones with fresh fruit you can add and granola. Service is typically ok here.
Good food. Healthy choices, salads, sandwiches and more. Fresh bagels do fast as do their desserts. This location needs more staff to keep tables clean.
