I was not expecting so much open space when I came here. In lieu of a parking lot (you have to street park), they have a big outdoor patio and yard in addition to some indoor seating. Definitely go here when it's not raining so you can enjoy the outside. They also have a lot of booze and decent amou
It cannot be overstated the importance of a business like this. It is one with the mosaic of its neighborhood. Locals are known by name. As far as the selection, there is everything: a long food menu, coffee, tea, and beer. The inside seating is air conditioned with Wi-Fi, and there is an abundance
ParkGrounds is a special place, particularly in fine weather. The immense overarching oak tree, the umbrellas and outdoor lighting, the ample shaded seating areas and power outlets make this a place one wants to spend the whole day. The service & staff are great and the food is simultaneously comfor
Our neighborhood coffee shop! We absolutely love this place. The staff, management, and service are fabulous and super friendly. They’ve got a fun menu and the best chia lattes in town, and their frozen margarita machine hits the spot on those summer afternoons! Our dogs love going there too!
Okay, close your eyes and imagine you’re in Portland where the spirit of the 90’s is still alive. This cozy cafe made up of refurbished couches, Kombucha, and ample outdoor space for your furry dog-friends fits perfectly into that vibe.
Great selection of coffees, teas, and other caffeinated drinks
Food and coffee are great, people are always friendly, and there is a great assortment of seating options. It sounds silly, but the only reason why I'm giving a 4 star is because there is something up with their ventilation for their kitchen. Even if I'm in there for only 5 minutes, I end up smellin
I noticed the review from Zach whats his name and wanted to respond to it:
I've known John (The Owner) and been a loyal patron of ParkGrounds since like... I don't even know... 2014?
He genuinely takes pride in the product he puts out and yes I agree.. the draw, for years, was that it was a dog pa
I’m loving the 2.0 version of Park Grounds! The team there took some big steps to modernize and amplify the space to include new menu items, new gathering spaces, etc. And they’re new programming has invited the neighborhood and community in to host and visit events, markets, concerts.
We’re lucky
The food runner brought out food for “Noah” (my name) but it turned out to belong to another customer also named Noah. When I corrected her, she said “ew gross” and walked off. Later she came out to the patio to pet a dog, and I asked her what was gross. She said “I’m working, thanks” (which is funn
I love park grounds. I love that you can order food, enjoy quality coffee, spend time in the cozy inside, its prime location in a cute little neighborhood, and the ample space to hang out out back with a bunch of dogs. I do miss the dog park they used to offer—we used to live nearby and our pup grew
Great local spot! Coffee is good and the breakfast biscuits are amazing. Staff is very friendly and the place is very cozy for just chatting or getting work done
I ordered delivery from here since I was craving an iced chai and oh my GOD this place is amazing. their breakfast sandwich was so delicious and I think I downed the entire iced chai in two seconds. I can't believe I was raised in East Atlanta and have never been here! It's for sure a new staple for
Great little coffeeshop. They have a large, shaded, dog-friendly area out back where you can enjoy your coffee. They also have a good assortment of books inside if you want to hang out in the air conditioning.
very happy they got rid of the non regulated dog park! I feel much safer knowing that respectable dogs will be on leash with their pet parents! Vegan offerings are large so worth the price and staff is respectful of plant based milk request. Im not left feeling odd for my request like places in the
The staff is always super friendly, remembers your name, and makes a really damn good cup of coffee. The breakfast burritos are to die for, and even the cook is super nice and helpful when they bring out your food. My husband and I used to come here when it was a dog park with a coffee shop attached
Parkgrounds is a fun spot to grab some coffee and a sandwich and let your dog enjoy some playtime. Service was quick and food was great. I got a breakfast carnitas burrito and my boyfriend got the turkey club. The burrito was large I ended up taking a good portion of it home for later. The location
Great laid back neighborhood coffee/cafe. Warm atmosphere with locals and their muts drinking from mugs. Really nice, warm, spot.
