One of the best Chick-Fil-A’s I’ve been too! I love their emphasis on customer service, employee friendliness, and quality assurance. Their food readiness speed is exceptional as well! I would rate 6 stars if I could.
The service was excellent.Staff is very friendly.Food was delicious we noticed that I paid for a #7 grilled chicken combo w/cheese,bacon,lettuce and tomatoe but my son son Sidney didn't realize that they forgot the bacon and my receipt until half the sandwich was gone.To my surprise the manger came to our table after I mentioned it while getting a Coke refill .She saw the order ticket taped to his sandwich carton and apologized and gave us both a coupon for a free chicken sandwich on our next visit.Customer Service is always on point any Chick-Fil-A.West Midtown a new location off Northside Dr. you Rock‼️

Love this Chick Fil A. Best in Atlanta for everything. Quick service and always get it right. They always put extra pickles when I max them out at 5 on the app. Don’t worry about the color of the chicken it’s from the moisture of the pickles. Everyone is very nice and accommodating!!
Quite possibly the best CFA in existence. I do not know if it was just the right day or what... but we had waffle fries that were worthy of moving mountains for, and a sandwich that was buttery with distinct pickles but the chicken was 2 inches thick all the way around and bigger than the bun... perfectly crispy.
Might have been luck that I happened by on the right day, but that is a dragon I will be chasing for my whole life.
This is my go-to store. Whenever I want some great food fast, I go to this chick-fil-A at the northside drive restaurant. They are always quick and fast when you want to get in and out. My food is always hot and delicious.
I frequent this location at least once/twice a week and the staff is really friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is quick. The only small complaint I have is that they do not have spicy nuggets or spicy strips only the filet. Other than that, this location is good.
🐥 chick fil a is such a boss move and has so much going for it, they have such a friendly staff and a particular gentleman that was very kind, they as well have such great 🍲 food, and great people working on the job
Very fast service during the lunch time rush. From getting the drive thru line to pulling off with my order took less than 10 minutes.

This distressed moma (me) called at 6am and Crystal answered the phone and made it happen! She was courteous, calming and most importantly willing to complete the large order at the last minute because another locations failure to comply.
