Cold Stone is always a treat! I enjoy watching them roll and turn the ice cream. It doesn’t end up looking like the picture but very tasty and creamy and the service was and usually is pleasant. Thanks!!!
Great ice cream and tons of flavors. They manually mix the ingredients in front of you to get your desired flavor. I liked that you can request more or less of a certain flavor in that mix. No sampling due to Covid which I don’t get because they don’t reuse the cups or spoons from previous customers. Enjoyed the process and will be back but only for flavors that I’ve already tasted.

She has a nut allergy and the employees made sure to make everything in the back to avoid cross contamination! I really appreciated the extra effort!
Hands down best ice cream shop in the city. The manager and his crew are always full of smiles and so helpful and patient when dealing with my indecisiveness. My sister and I visited the spot and will always happily return.
I love coming to this location. My sweet tooth is always satisfied!!! The service is extremely efficient. I person in particular I would like to commend. I believe she is one of the managers. She is courteous and very pleasant. She makes the customer feel very special!!! Even when its crowded, the crew work very well together as a team to get the customer in and out!!!
This is 100% my favorite ice cream place. The people working there are nice, the ice cream is fantastic, and I always leave thinking about when I'm gonna come back for more.
I know Cold Stone is pricey but if you want incredible ice cream, I mean the Cake Batter, COME ON this is GOOOOOOD! Just go. Stop whining about the prices. Treat your friends! Happy Holidays.

My entire family loves this place we go with kids as a reward for being good. We get ice cream cakes for birthdays. Milkshakes are always the best. The service is always wonderful and never had any issues with delious flavors. Great team and customer service.
Absolutely amazing service!! Everyone was so friendly She was patient while I was deciding what i wanted to order, she had a smile on her face the while time, she was joking around with her coworkers and you could tell everyone there really enjoys her company. I really liked the environment and had a great experience.

I love the big selection of flavors and now they have Caramel Apple to 🍎omg 🤩 delicious. I buy cheesecake caramel apple and Apple Pie caramel 🥧 definitely the best option. If you guys are looking for a birthday o celebration cake this is the perfect place to buy it

sweet treats, birthday cakes, and every imaginable reason to celebrate and eat delicious ice cream! Business events, holiday gatherings, Bar and Bat mitzvahs, christenings, first communions, date nite, concerts, etc.
Oreo cookies and cream extreme AMAZING!! I usually get Midnight Delight which is an excellent choice but I felt like changing up a bit. I was not disappointed!! I'll be back!
If ever you're in the mood for ice cream, this is one way I highly recommend to do it. I've heard it a few times from ppl out there that they are too pricy but you are paying for high quality.
Superior quality ice cream with a variety of cones/bowls for the start and ends with an extensive array of toppings.
Venue is always kept clean and customer service remains top notch. Glad they remain open for take out during these dark days.
As long as CSC continues to create their tasty gourmet ice cream and maintain their friendly service, I will continue to pop in whenever I have that craving.
Super friendly staff. They did a great job of listening to my requests and answering my questions about the cost and what I'm allowed to get mixed in. The ice-cream had plenty of what I asked for and it was quick service. Really good ice-cream. I will be visiting again.
The establishment is clean and cute inside. The staff was friendly and very helpful with making selections. Everything we ordered was delicious. It’s reasonably priced. My daughter was a huge fan of cold stone.

My husband and I really enjoyed the ice cream creations we tried. The young ladies at the counter were very friendly and quick, so I got mine first lol. The owner dropped in and greeted all the customers he was very nice- very likeable. I like the way he spoke to the young ladies he was very nice and respectful they seemed to like him. IT MADE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE. We love this Coldstone and return often.
My wife bought a cake from here, it was delicious. The staff were extremely nice and caring. Definitely stop by for some desserts.
