Ordered food at Spice Flame for the first time, food was excellent and Packed pretty well for take away.
I ordered chicken dam biryani, chicken grilled burger and soap. Quantity and quality of biryani was pretty good, burger was made pretty good and my wife likes soup alot.
Recommendations:
Please try not to use red onions in burger, try to replace it with white. Please make fries more crispy and with some clowslaw in side.
Please try to add some salad with biryani it will be awesome.
Loved the food!! Serves fresh food rich in spices. Variety of options and good meal size. Recommend to everyone who wants to try good Indian food. Must try their fresh pineapple juice, chicken kuthuporotta and chicken dum biriyani.
Amazing authentic Food, great staff and the best that I've experienced in Georgia, outside of Southern India. I was Treated with dignity and respect. And food came out Fast And Timely And fresh vegetables truly amazing experience.
The food here is THE BEST in the USA, not just the Atlanta Metro. After being frustrated by the sub par food served by just about all the Indian/Pakistani restaurants, we stumbled upon this JEWEL.
The place calls itself fusion but do not be misled by that. This place serves very very authentic food which will leave you licking your fingers at the table, and will instantly take your soul back to your favorite restaurant or to the street vendor kiosk back home.
Each preparation had a great balance of spice, heat, aroma (nothing over powering), meat was tender, and gravies had correct consistency. Biryani was second to none!
Portions are generous, cleanliness is impeccable, aquarium is very soothing to the eyes, and above all the service is so friendly that, one feels like he's being served by his family.
Despite all of the above, the price is very competitive. I would honestly be willing to pay even triple the money for this great food.
Try it, and I'm sure, you would write a review much like this!
Today was the first time I went here. The service was amazing, the people were very happy, it was an all around great time. I was with my husband and 2 year old daughter. The servers were all friendly even though she was a messy baby. The food..... OMG!!! Their food is so fresh and delicious and they make it according to your spice tolerance. Mild, medium, hot..... you name it they make it fresh for you. I hope they open another location closer to my house. They are a must try location and deserve every bit of the 5 star rating. Thanks for the awesome lunch!!!!!!!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Awesome food and great service! I've been here many times and it never disappointed me! You will find many new and delicious Indian food that you won't find from other restaurant, their chef and service would like to talk with you about the food taste and your experience, I just want to remember all the names so I can order them specifically in the future.
Love love love the food! I almost hate to share how amazing this food is because they just opened and may become everyone hot spot. But they have a full menu and all the foods we tried are so rich in flavor and is an experience of the senses. This place is a must for anyone that loves Indian foods.
Ps- The owner Jerry is accommodating and makes sure you are taken care of, and you will be.
Enjoy
The food here is spectacular, service amazing! If you haven’t given Spice on Flame a shot, you’re missing out on some delicious Indian-American cuisine and exceptional service. The place is spic and span clean, staff is extremely friendly and eager to serve, and food is finger-licking good. A fantastic experience all around—5 stars isn’t enough!!
I literally saw this restaurant cutting through the shopping plaza to avoid traffic on Peachtree Industrial & Pleasant Hill. I ordered their chicken tandoori burgers which came with fries & a drink for $5.99 each.
Their tandoori chicken burger is by far THE BEST Chicken sandwich that I’ve eaten. It’s prepped very well, soft, tender & juicy. It’s supplemented with a creamy sauce over lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrot & a sliced jalapeño pepper. What you get though is a lot of tandoori chicken!!
Another thing, while I was waiting for my food they brought me a bottle of water & one of their specialty desserts on the house. I’m mad I didn’t get the name of the dessert but my son loved it.
Great place great food & the price of the sandwich for what I got was a really great deal. Above all though great friendly kind welcoming staff.
Spice and Flame is a brand new fusion Indian restaurant that is located in the Kroger shopping center on corner of Pleasant Hill and PIB.
From the outside, it looks like most restaurants. On the inside, the decor is fairly simple. Nothing too over the top. There are seating options through out. The restaurant can fit a decent size crowd if required
Our host/waiter Vijay knows the menu like the back of his hand and will give some recommendations whether it's an appetizer, entree, or dessert. He definitely has good taste and will give you some great suggestions. If you don't know what to order just ask.
The menu for Spice on Flame has a lot of options. You have traditional dishes along with some fusion dishes too. It will take multiple visits to even try out all the options.
The food itself, from the dishes I did try were a savory and rich in flavor. The come in portion sizes that will leave you satisfied. Each dish has options for spice as the name of the restaurant suggests. You can get it as hot as you want or just play it safe and go mild.
Overall, the food here is definitely one the best when it comes to quality and great tasting Indian cuisine in the area. Definitely intend on coming back for more.
