I took over a lease in Nov 2023 and I’ve been extremely happy with the building so far - no complaints! The amenities are great and all of my maintenance requests have been addressed very quickly and efficiently! The amazing folks at the front desk and leasing office are extremely friendly, accommodating and always willing to work with you to help address any unforeseen circumstances in the best way possible. Very happy to be a resident of this building :)
I had the pleasure of staying in these luxury apartments for a year while attending college. I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and clean, with all the amenities one could need.
What made my stay even more pleasant was the management team. Shayla was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I to find a home last minute. They even have concierge service to
make you feel safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. With a stunning location and exceptional management, this apartment ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay!
Had a chance to tour with Stephen . Considering the plethora of amenities, views , and proximity to coffee shops and restaurants, we are considering leasing here when our current lease is up . Stephen made us feel at home and as we belonged in the community . The pool is the largest I’ve seen in all of midtown which is important to us . Additionally, the complex gives you the option of mid and high rise apartments . We are also considering getting a dog , which will be perfect because the apartment has its very own park . We cannot wait to pin down something in the coming weeks !
Nine15 Midtown has been an excellent place to call home! All of the staff has been so easy to work with. The doormen staff are always so friendly and really care about you as a person, the security team knows residents by name and really ensures the property is a safe space, and the leasing team are always so kind and happy to be around. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful for any requests. This place has felt too good to be true at times! The community is also awesome, I've met so many people since moving here because of the dog park and random community events. Highly recommend Nine15!
Living at 915 is amazing! I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I really feel a sense of community. The staff are personable and friendly, and the residents are kind. My unit is one of the best units in the city, and I love that there is gated/unlimited parking.
In July I moved to Alta from a building nearby. After searching for a place twice, Alta comes out on top. Fantastic amenities (the pool is my favorite), friendly and attentive staff, walkable neighborhood close to everything, and awesome views.
The unit is great too. I love my whole-wall window, quartz countertops and stainless appliances, huge bathroom and closet, sizeable balcony, *gas* stove, and front load washer/dryer.
We have been without consistent hot water for days now. They come to "fix" the issue but within a couple hours, we don't have hot water again. I feel strung along, not good service for the amount I pay.

Best Apartments complex I've stayed in. Concierge service is awesome! Quiet and never had any problems! Staff is always friendly with smiles on their faces. Maintenance is responds fast. Always felt safe! Grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance. So is the Marta! Loved my time here at this complex!! Highly recommended!!
When I first leased here in 2022, the staff here have been nothing but nice and accommodating. Shayla, Jamila and Stephen have been more than courteous, welcoming, helpful and so polite. Literally anything that I needed, they have been amazing to assist. The good vibes are there! Concierge has always been helpful and nice as well. The maintenance team (Oscar, Bahrat, Jerry and Fletcher) have always been available to resolve any work orders and I love that they all speak when I see them. The cleaning crew are nice and so sweet. After living here for more than a year, I decided to renew my lease again. The location is perfect, the building is very safe and I love my apartment.

I’ve lived in plenty apartments in the area throughout the years but hands down none has felt more like a home the Nine15 Midtown I love the environment and the leasing office treats you as one of theirs, thank you to the staff at Nine15 one the best top tier faculty.
Since moving to Midtown in 2010 I finally am living in a community that feels like home and not just a high rise with strangers. I have called here home for almost 3 years now and can't say enough about the office staff and everyone working here who take the time to make this a pleasant and wonderful lifestyle. The 24-hour Concierge and Security gives me a sense of peace. The dog park is huge and very well maintained. The amenities and grounds are well kept and the office staff are friendly and willing to take time to listen.

Shayla helped make sure that everything was ready prior to move in so that a hectic day was made significantly easier.
During my search, Jamilla worked overtime to make sure I received the unit that I was looking for even on short notice.
Since moving in, I have enjoyed everyone I’ve met in the community. The outside space is well cared for - and remarkably clean - and the dog community has been very welcoming and friendly - it’s worth noting that this is the largest private green space in Midtown.
Finally, the staff are interactive which makes living here feel very comfortable. The security is top notch with around the clock concierge and strict key fob access.
If you are moving to Midtown, Nine15 is the community you want to join.
Extremely impressed with the level of security enforced at this building. Patrol is active and alert 24/7. Also the concierge service provides top service, Grandever and Seven assist me with getting packages and letting my guest in with the highest professionalism. I appreciate how responsive maintenance is as well. Jerry is also super nice and also so helpful!

Been living here for ~5 years and still really love it (which says something about a rental). Shayla in leasing rocks and really makes you feel like family. Khary is AMAZING at the front desk and goes above and beyond to help whenever possible (even when he has a million things going on). Great experience.

My wife and I have lived here for nearly four years and have been really pleased with the experience overall. The location is fantastic, right next to the Midtown Marta station and you have Publix a block away, several coffee shops, numerous restaurants. You're right in the middle of Midtown. The amenities are also great with a great pool, gym and private park.
Lastly, we also appreciate management's receptiveness to the typical issues that will come up with apartment living. They're generally nice folks who are willing to work with you.
We will eventually move out once we can find a single-family home that fits our needs, but in terms of apartments there's nowhere else I'd rather be in Midtown Atlanta.
