By far the worst jimmy johns I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service. Employees never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude and unpleasant. Delivery is NOT freaky fast and very unreliable. If you have somewhere to be or on any sort of time constraint do not order from them. Sever

Drivers are always pleasant, but nearly always take an hour to deliver. My order has rarely had any issues when it arrives, but it takes so long to get here that I'm just over it. I think this may be my last order with this JJs. I frequently order from the JJ downtown, and get my food "freaky fast".

Horrible customer service inside the restaurant. Lady behind the counter was very short and got my order wrong. Actually disappointed with this locations services. First it looked closed because every single light is turned off and it’s currently only 12:45pm. Second, the amount of avacado on the veggie sandwich is so subpar. At this point it is just a cheese sandwich. Won’t be coming back to this location.
