The guy who prepared our food did a great job. He was super fast and officiant. There are other chipotles around this area but they have terrible reviews. We chose this one because of the better reviews. It did not disappoint.

Quality varies at this chain. This location (near Cumberland Mall) is so good. They were so patient and kind with my granddaughter who ordered the Build Your Own Taco meal. For only $4.95, she got 2 taco shells, choice of 3 toppings, chips and a drink). Great value!

I order lunch (delivery) all the time from Galleria and always receive my order quickly. It's consistently fast and my order is always correct.

I went there after gym around 8.30 and the place was packed. Had a huge line to order. I recommend ordering online at this location. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was good as well in spite of being super busy.
