The guy who prepared our food did a great job. He was super fast and officiant.
There are other chipotles around this area but they have terrible reviews. We chose this one because of the better reviews. It did not disappoint.
Quality varies at this chain. This location (near Cumberland Mall) is so good. They were so patient and kind with my granddaughter who ordered the Build Your Own Taco meal. For only $4.95, she got 2 taco shells, choice of 3 toppings, chips and a drink). Great value!
I order lunch (delivery) all the time from Galleria and always receive my order quickly. It's consistently fast and my order is always correct.

I always come to this location at night and I’m never disappointed. In the evenings the beans are nice and juicy. Nothing looks dry. Everything is so flavorful. The line workers are beautiful and polite people inside and out.They radiate love and positivity. I love coming here at night. They take pride in their work and it shows. It’s so difficult to decide what to eat because everything is cooked perfectly! I really appreciate the effort!
I went there after gym around 8.30 and the place was packed. Had a huge line to order. I recommend ordering online at this location. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was good as well in spite of being super busy.
