Today was a long day and we were starving. We also wanted something that wasn’t fast food burgers. So Panera sounded like a good idea. Fresh salads and soups sounded great. I had the Sesame Asian chicken salad and Tika Masala soup. They don’t really for together but with the pick 2 option I was able to choose what I wanted. My salad was very fresh. No brown lettuce, yay!!! It was very fresh with tortilla crisps and almond slivers. It was great. The soup was good. Not my favorite but worth giving it a try. My daughter ate the buffalo chicken baguette. It was a lot more bread than chicken which was a little disappointing but it made up for the lack of meat with flavor. The 3rd meal was a French onion soup which is my moms favorite. It’s. Very good with lots of onions and flavor. She also got the Fuji Apple chicken salad which has dried apple crisps and chicken. It’s a very fresh and light salad. If you want something fresh and different this is a great place to stop. It’s clean and the staff was friendly. They also have order tablets on the side so you don’t even have to talk to anyone to order. Top it off with a cookie. It’s worth it.
My adult son didn't care for his "Sip" beverage which was a different flavor than he's had in the past. The sandwich he chose was tasty and way enough for the 2 of us and the chili was good too. Staff is fabulous.
I’m am hooked on Panera Bread they have all of my favorite comfort foods and their prices are not so bad either. This location was great because of the cleanliness and open atmosphere as well as the awesome customer service. I didn’t get the name of the Cashier but I loved her genuine kindness and her smile was the cherry on top for me 😊
I always love Panera. Try the half and half soup-sandwich. The charged lemonades are delicious as well. This one is close to Emory University. Big outlet with lots of seating. The broccoli cheddar and French onion soups have chicken stock, so vegetarians look out.
The pick two never disappoints! This location is a busy one, right next to Emory's campus. However i was able for find parking and restaurant seating (both of which can be limited). I got my go to selection on the pick two cheddar broccoli soup ( perfect for the fall/winter season weather) and the chicken Fuji apple salad my absolute favorite. The chocolate chip cookie was also a good treat!
Manager Charles was super nice. They were out of avocado and then the bowl my friend ordered. He refunded her & was just overall very nice & threw in a different bowl to try. After a very rough couple days it was an extremely nice gesture & meant a lot. He was very patient with his employees & customers & was friendly.
I used to not go to this Panera because they were constantly out of items, but over the past few months that has not been the case! I order through the app and every time I’ve done so my order has been correct, ready when I get there, and delicious. Thank you to everyone that works there, keep up the great work! 💗
The food was exceptional as well as the service. This is why I come to this particular location because of the fast friendly and delectable service. Thank you for allowing my feedback.
Great to order on the computer especially since it was my first time. Easily looked through the menu without holding up the line. Your order shows up on a screen and it goes from, “we got it” to “ ready for pick up “. Planing to go back.
Baja chicken bowl was good. Unlimited coffee was great. The chipotle avocado sandwich tasted like a chuck e cheese pizza doused in Kroger branded chipotle ranch dressing.
My first time at this location and ordering a 1/2 ceasar salad....traditionally I order full size salads only. My Turkey bravo was great however, the salad was skimpy... IMO
I will return to this location as the customer service was good and the food was consistent.
I noticed they did not have the Green Tea Lemonade out when I went to this establishment. The young worker noticed I was searching and asked if I was ok and needed help. When I mentioned the green tea, she looked around and informed me that a worker was in the process of bringing it out. It had to be refilled. The worker came out and poured it straight in my cup and soon as he came out so that I wouldn’t have to wait for him to set it up at the station. The customer service at this location definitely exceeded my expectations. This wasn’t my first visit to this establishment but every time I went, no matter the time of day, there were friendly workers. Oh, and the pastries were so fresh. They weren’t stale and were so soft. Keep it up guys.
wherever you go in the United States Panera bread is the best! their food is excellent, their pastries are out of this world. and it's very affordable.
Ordered chicken salad sandwich, got a grilled chicken caesar salad. Still ate it, without complaining.
Nice cute building, make sure to check what you get cause I was missing 4 items I paid for.
