so me and my friends went to this McDonald's after seeing doja cat on Nov 19th at 11:30 pm. it was crazy busy and the man taking orders was super polite the whole time! he was super sweet and never faulted from that. he stayed super nice and professional. and who ever else was working made sure that our food came out hot and fresh! and we got it in under 2 minutes! all the staff that was working that night deserves high praise and maybe a raise!
The night crew is amazing. They took orders quickly, we got our food quickly & the food was FRESH & HOT. Our orders were correct🙌🏽 & there were a lot of people in line so shout out to the workers! They did their thing & handled it with grace!

Been a while since I patronize this PDL location. I ordered a double cheese and fry. The food was fresh and well seasoned . Today was a good day and I needed a decent bite from McDonald's and got it.
By far the best McDonalds experiences ive had in a very long time. Was greeted by I assume the manager when I arrived. Food was hot and made right and had the correct amount of sauces.
this is actually the best meal ive had in my entire life i nearly cried. biting into a crunchy chicken nugget after 8 hours of sorority recruitment is an experience i cannot put into words but know that my soul ascended from my body. men of the ponce mcdonalds who handed me my meal i love u and i hope u have an amazing night
This location is much better than many other locations but there was no enthusiasm when taking my order. It doesn't have to be like Chickfila but sensing a smile behind the voice would be a way better experience for everyone. They did redeem themselves at the windows though. They were kind and got my order correct. The food was great and the Bic Mac was layered very nicely. You will get great food here!
I like the quickness of the food makers. They aren't too loud or too in my face. They gave me the adequate and decent amount of time and space to make and deliver my order on time.
Update 12/26/23 - So today I noticed what looks like a completely different staff employed at this location. I noticed a couple of weeks ago, but I thought that it was just temporary, but seeing them again today it looks as though it may be permanent. With that being said and compared to the review I left previously below, it's like night and say and so far so good! Excellent customer service and very prompt!

That manager in there has got to go! When she's calling people the "N" word followed by Faaattt Bast*#$ along with every other cuss word you can think of to a food delivery person in the dining room at lunch time, doesn't need to be a manager muchless deserve to be in any type of leadership position at all. That person handled it well, but she is going to do something like that to the wrong person one day and God forbid something awful happens, but definitely needs to go before she does. Things ran so much smoother and better, especially late nights before she showed up and there was none of this garbage she's doing.
Also, make sure that you got charged for what you actually ordered with any discounts or codes from the app and not someone else's order. I had a buy one get one code for chicken sandwich or double cheeseburger which should have been $2.50 at most. The next day I checked my account and for that BOGO the night before, they charged me almost $16.00 and two months later I still haven't gotten a phone call from this "Manager" regarding this nor my money sent back to my card as requested with corporate.
Lastly, they decide to close anywhere between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. for an hour or more, whatever the manager wants I guess, so if you go sometime between these hours just be prepared for them to be closed. Look, I get it, I get it that you just got done with the late night rush and the workers need a break and the best time to close would be between those hours, but not during the week. You should be back open at 5 a.m. for people going to work or heading to airport for a long flight and they want to eat beforehand, not 6 a.m. period. What should happen is consistency, not this whenever the "Manager" feels like it and you definitely need to update the hours on Google and wherever else people search restaurants instead of open 24 hours nonsense. Closed every morning from 4 a.m. to 5 a.m. every dagum day! Simple elementary thoughts to prevent frustration from you and the customers that show up because it says 24 hours and the last thing you need to do is catch some attitude because customers do show up! It's your own fault, do something about it!

Clean McDonald's restaurant for Midtown. They just don't bring food to the table even if the app tells you they will bring your food to table upon putting your table number dining in. They just yell your order number. The Grimace Birthday Meal was fun.
