I have been a customer here for a while and it is sad that they’re losing customers because of their reviews here and on other sites. Because of I have been in the food industry, I can tell a lot of the low reviews are terrible. Like, not going up to apartments is most likely for the drivers not go into dangerous areas that are banned by a lot of restaurants. There have been times when I go to the store and pick up food that I see the restaurant be treated terribly. Like once a customer threw a fit about uncooked food and the police came and told them it was cooked ! They food is so good I have no complaints, delivering is only late when it is super busy.
The wings are great but the delivery driver is pretty rude. He calls and make you walk to his car, then gets upset with a $3 tip. I just go and pick up my food now. Always delicious.
Poor customer service, however it is midnight and as i await my food i wonder if it's fair to mar the credibility of a restaurant over "sub-par" quality. At face value this seems like a regular 'ol asian spot, i've no idea why anyone would order a burger. Now that my food has arrived i can confidently say that my faith was..... well placed, the food is aggressively average, very okay, just fine. HOWEVER, that means i'm extremely satisfied
It's open late 3pm-230am.... So it's food when it's hard to get anything else but McDonald's and Waffle house which become redundant after a while (altho I don't eat fast food) so it's just your basic Asian wings and Chinese food spot. Nothing special and not bad at all. Walk-in, pick up or delivery and they deliver pretty far out from their location actually. Check out their menu online

I am such a fan of Burger Joy, as I have been for basically 3 years as a college student since I discovered it sophmore year. This is pretty much the only place I order out from unless i specifically want something else, because it has the best prices and food and quantity. They're like half chinese half american food, with a side of wings? It's a crazy mix, which basically leads to you being able to get wing sauces, such as garlic parm ranch which I LOVE, on almost anything, like their burgers or sandwiches or even on an entree.... wait what? AWESOME.
That aside, their burgers and entree portions are pretty huge, at least in my opinion. Whenever I get their fried rice, it's definitely fills me up, which is saying something considering how much I eat! Same goes for the burgers, and particularly the chicken sandwich with cheese with garlic parm sauce that is basically my favorite combo. So big, so much chicken, so much lettuce, so much cheese, all covered in garlic parm. I love it.
And of course, they deliver in good time too! Which is darn relevant since I really would prefer not to go to the place where it is located in person.... since it's a bit shadyyyyy.

I loved this place. I didn't think it was anything until a friend recommended me to try this place out and omg this place has the best burgers ever. It opens at 3 pm and closes at 3 am and they accept all credit cards which is a good thing tbh.
they get a lot of calls so it's a stressful environment BUT this place rules and the workers are actually super friendly! Other reviewers must not be nice people..General Tsao Tofu is amazing.

The Spicy Chicken Coconut soup is unique in the city! Been ordering for 10 years with great service and accuracy on my orders.
