Reviews Einstein Bros. Bagels

I recently dined at Einstein Bros. Bagels and would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was impressively kind and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming ambiance within the establishment. I opted for the Chorizo Burrito, priced reasonably at around $7. While the meal was enjoyable, the reason for the 4-star rating was that I found the food somewhat lacking in spices, though this may be due to my Indian background and preference for spicier flavors. Einstein Bros Bagels offers a great breakfast option for those who prefer milder tastes, and I recommend requesting extra spice if you're like me and prefer a bolder flavor profile.

Good food and friendly service. They really need to fix or remove the tipping option. It's not touch screen nor do you touch the tabs next to the amount. You have to push numbers that don't correspond to the amount. Just makes for an awkward exchange. Counter service is such an odd tipping environment.

The energy of this place was warm and friendly. The staff knew their regular customers who came in and even asked about their families. Hugs were exchanged. It feels great to be in a store or restaurant where people are friendly and know your name. It seems to be a rarity these days—especially in s major city.

Decent, quick meal. Exactly what you’d expect but this location is a bit dirty (trash hasn’t been emptied, out of napkins, etc.)

Excellent customer service! Clean, great bagels. Kind staff and will be back. These employees work hard, please consider an increase in pay for all of them! Long lines and they still greet the guests with a huge smile and a sense of humor!

Service was great. The taste of the food and coffee was great too. I don't know what people in the South call a bagel though. I'm from New Jersey, the land of amazing bagels and pizza. Get your bagel texture together!! It tasted well enough but was basically a Gourmet version of a Thomas Bagel. Bagels must be crisp on the outside, yet not hard. Also must be soft and doughy on the inside. A review of your proofing process should be done. Aside from the lack of textures in the bagels my trip was very good though

Recently retried this location. Lately there's been only one person working but she is very efficient. Even alone gives the best customer service she can. I hope she gets good help soon that's better than the last staff.

This is a really good combo of chains, providing great bagels and great coffee. They could use a little more seating space, but was still able to post up and chat for a while easily. They have a couple comfy chairs by a fake fireplace which was nice.
