Food is always great but sometimes the people act as if they mad at the customers for doing what we supoose to do.. which is order food. They need attitude adjustments. Managers too. Ots impolite when you visit a Popeyes Chiken sometimes take away the experience.

The line and wait is almost always long when I go but the team works hard to move through the orders most times. Customer Service is dependent who you get that day. I have clean good and mediocre. Overall not bad but not great.

I Used The Drive Thru & Was Greeted In A Pleasant Voice Came Over The Speaker, "Thanks For Choosing Popeyes How May I Help You" Instantly I Was Excited To Place My Order, Because, If She Is Happy I Know The Food Will Be Excellent... & It Was!! I Had The "Blackened Chicken Combo" It Was Hot & Delici

They move pretty fast , but they do stay crowded

My food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I did not have to wait long either, which was a plus. My only frustration is that the mango lemonade was out! But they gave me strawberry lemonade instead, and it was tasty!

We went to try the new flounder sandwich and we weren't disappointed. I will say it didn't look like the commercial, but the fish was crispy, moist and filled the whole brioche bun. The sandwich is awesome. It needs a squirt more of the spice mayo to make it a continuous nonstop food fest. The price is great and the bread used to make the sandwich is buttery, sweet and soft! ...and they are OPEN on Sunday!

Great service and order was almost complete but I didn't get my red beans and rice with my order that wasn't put in a separate bag as we asked it to be. Also please make sure you double check the chicken because sometimes you will have this happen.

Crowded customers really giving this place a hard time but I’ve worked at Popeyes and spent 8 years at different restaurants when your short staffed u do the best u can
