I drive truck and stop at lovelands everytime I am in Atlanta. Some of the BEST Barbecue in the country at a really good price.
The chopped bbq was good but the Brunswick stew and cornbread were even better.

First off the service was great. The lady there answered all my questions and ended with its all home made and southernš the food was amazing, the flavor in the chicken was through out and the sides were the best. The greens did not have meat in it which is a plus. The Mac & Cheese was the best Iāve had in years and the potato salad was so delicious with a touch of spice and love. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
I'm a truck driver who was in the area decided to try them out and I am glad I did!!!!! The food was delicious š nice portions and the desert omg the red velvet cake was everything!!!!!!! I definitely recommend this place and I will be returning if I'm ever in the area again!!!!!!
One of the best barbecue spot Iāve been visit. Food was on point everything seasoned good. We also had peach cobbler for dessert that was so good. Will have to revisit this spot when in town again.
Restaurant was selling plates from the pilot truck stop. Don't have a lot good food at truck stops. Thank you. Food was awesome. Sweet potato pie was good as well.
BBQ done right! Honestly I wish we'd bought in bulk so there would have been leftovers since we probably won't be back in the area. Short walk from the truck stop made it a really convenient location and the owner was a hoot.. running the whole operation on his own plus great conversation while you wait. Highly recommend!
Listen.... I did not know this hidden jewel was open. I always see it, but never saw any movement. I had a taste for some barbecue and oh my Goodness!!!! I never get sauce on ribs, I covers up the true flavor. Hands down one of the BEST, most tender, smoky flavored, meaty ribs I've had in a while.
The food was OUTSTANDINGā¦the sides were YUMMY! Definitely the BEST BBQ in ATLANTAā¦MEATY and SEASONED to PERFECTION!!! The Peach Cobbler is the old fashioned Southern one to die forā¦. Worth a drive from anywhereā¦
I can tell you if you are nice you will get what you order I support this restaurant it is one of my favorites to go to. As a trucker this BBQ place feels special to me and everytime I go thru Atlanta I this place is what I think about because of how good his food was how he presented himself when I was not sure what to get. Very wholesome place. 10/10 would recommend š will be grabbing brunch 9/14/22 because 34hr reset required.

Tried Loveland BBQ for the first time last night. As with any place, I read reviews first which were mixed. I ordered a rib plate and a brisket plate and both were delicious! For sides, I got baked beans, collard greens, and Mac and cheese. I had low expectations for the sides, but they were all actually really good. It does depend on your palate and expectations, but overall I was pleased with them.
2 pieces of advice that will make your experience better: ask what is coming fresh off the grill because some items may have been grilled a while ago and are just getting reheated. 2nd, he is friendly land talkative so service is pretty slow. Took about 20 mins to put my order together which was surprising to me. If you go in expecting it to take a while, then it wonāt feel as bad lol.
Prices were a little high but in line with other bbq spots. Given that itās a small operation, I look at it as supporting small business but at those prices, I can go to fox bros, dba, or daddy ds every other time.
This has got to be one of the top barbecues I ever had. Food was awesome. Man came over across the street since Iam a truck driver and don't have parking. Delivered right to my door. Well worth it! Amazing flavors. Great food. Very hospitable.
Y'all could do with a better air conditioner back there. I used to work in a hot kitchen, the day we got some proper ac, work was 5 times easier.
Got the chicken plate with baked beans and slaw. Chicken seasoned well, not too dry not too moist. BBQ mild was good, sides were delicious.

This is a wonderful place to eat he is trucker friendly . He talks to you tells you about his food. Shows you your food he fixed before you leave. Makes sure you are happy he tells you that you are a new friend not customer. His smoked wings are awesome and big very meaty and lots of flavor I had his spicy sauce witch he had me try first to make sure I liked it awesome. He made sure I had a menu with numbers to call and said as a trucker if going to be late for dinner to call before he closes and he would have it ready for me and wait.for memas ling as it's with in reason of his closing time. Mr. Live is very respectful and nice . I pray by the grace of God that he makes the big time. It is a small shack off road but don't let it full you the food is awesome and he is awesome. A small family business the kind we need to keep alive . Please stop by to see Mr. Love and support him he will take care of you. Great people great food . Thank you Mr . Love. I stopped at this place because it was across the street from the truck stop. I ordered a beef brisket meal with macaroni, baked beans and 2 thighs with a sweet potatoe pie. Everything I got was very good I give 5 stars I would give them more šš¾ thanks for the Southern hospitality i will be back again to try the Brunswick Stew.8
Food is great. Talking to the man who took our order you can tell he takes pride in his food. Its always refreshing to patronize a small American business that cares about what they do. Next time Im in town I will stop by again. The brisket sandwich was out of this world. This is the real deal southern style BBQ spot.

Loved It! I have been here before but not being from around here this was my first time back in 4 years. My wife made a favorable comparison between her Grandmother's greens and those she had today, Ellen loves her Collard Greens done right and was amazed at how good they were. Greens are not my thing so i can't vouch for her taste. The ribs were to die for, massive amount of meat on them. I had the sweet sauce but thought it could have been sweeter, still not a real complaint. The lady who greeted us was very happy to give samples before we bought and we met Mr. Love who was as pleasant and proud of his bbq as I remember him being before. A1 experience and we will be back!
We went to this great little ace last night for dinner. It was amazing! From the brisket sandwich to the macaroni and cheese. My kids are picky eaters and they ate their pork sandwiches and wanted more.
This is a small Mom and Pop place where the food is specially made just for you. I promise I'm not a family member lol it's more that I had to say something about this place because its delicious, affordable and the customer service was wonderful.
