I've only done to go mobile orders here - but those orders are always ready at the appointed time and my drinks have been great!
This particular Dunkin' is sometimes difficult to get in and out of during trafficky hours. The drive-thru is speedy, but you can save a minute or two by just going inside to order. If you go there for the T-Mobile Tuesday free medium hot/iced latte, you will have to wait until mostly everyone else gets their order, so you'd be better off going through the drive-thru.

I got my 99c refill mug from Dunkin Donuts! I love the collaboration mug. It's actually really nice and doesn't feel cheap! Now I come in every morning for a cup of coffee and sometimes breakfast!
Nice, small location. The parking lot is terrible at lunch time, so be careful coming to this location at that time. Donut selection was pretty good, though it was sad to see one of my favorites relegated to seasonal-only (Apple 'n Spice). Store's clean, the staff are awesome. The drink selection is okay, though the Strawberry Dragonfruit Lemonade is just absolutely too sweet to drink.
The customer service is great! The nicest people like a chick fil a type of service. The music was fun but not to loud along with fresh donuts.
The Dunkin app has an offer for a free coffee without purchase on a Saturday aftenoon. Although there was a constant stream of cars at the drive thru, the limited staff of 2 kept up with the flood of customers. My order was perfect and served with a smile. 10/10 customer service and quality!
