This is an excellent museum. There are a variety of exhibits featuring all kinds of art. The architecture itself is also stunning and adds to the museum. There is a lot of natural lighting as well which helps. If you live in the area, I suggest getting the annual pass because you can bring guests. T
So I only saw a small portion of what they have due to chaperoning a bunch of kids for a school trip. What I saw was great. We saw the Paris, Samurai and the food court exhibit(these kids were taking about eating as soon as we got here). It's clean and the staff is really friendly. The Paris portion

By far the highlight of my recent trip to Atlanta. Wish there was an exhibition of oriental art, but the exhibitions they do have are vast and maintained meticulously. I had a great time at Friday night jazz. The best part was walking the museum and listening to the show. If you want a seat I encourage you to get there early. It was a really different and fun vibe in the city!
Spacious rooms, lots of art to look at from all eras and genres. There is a spot to hold bags, the gift shops had some good items too. I would go again!
The museum is pretty good. Large exhibition space, relatively modern and friendly staff. The $21 entrance fee is a bit high, but I understand that the preservation of history costs money. This museum is recommended.
A great date night on the third Friday of the month when it's also Jazz night. As folks that aren't big art museum folks we loved spending a Friday night catching some of the live music (however it's hard to get a seat unless you arrive early). We enjoyed being able to explore the museum listening
The High Museum of Art is the largest museum for visual art in the South. It’s Located in Atlanta, Georgia (on Peachtree Street in Midtown, the city's arts district), the High is 312,000 square feet. Cafe was closed but they did have a small kiosk of sorts. Bring your wallet.
This is a beautiful museum with so much to look at and was well worth the price. The staff was very friendly and tentative. Just make sure you try to go when there aren’t any field trips going on!
