I live right down the road from the Northside Drive location. I drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to drive to this location because the service is 100x better. I see some of the reviews here don’t have the best comments about this place, but every time in person my experience has been nothing but great.

Chipotle is always great. The ingredients are really fresh and healthy, but this specific location is SO COLD!!!! Bring your jacket and an empty stomach!

Almost every visit (any location) they never get my mobile order right. Happy to say this time they got everything right. Plus they packed the extra tortilla separately and neatly. 5 stars even though they were 30 min late. It was during dinner rush so was expected.
We had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and food was fresh. They were out of steak when we got there, but staff apologized as they were near closing which is nice. Employees at other chipotles I frequent usually don’t even say anything or return an attitude.
Ironically the same day, my chipotle account had been hacked (costing us around $80) and they provided me with complementary drinks once we told them our story. Will be coming here instead of the closer one to my apartment.

Wow, from reading the reviews about this place some people are sensitive. I love this Chipotle location. I always order online and my order is always ready on time. Staff is usually teenagers but I never get an attitude from any of them. Maybe it’s the energy you give off as a customer.
My only complaint is that during the Pandemic they ran out of Chipotle sauce. On my next visit they offered me a whole bottle. I’m about to place an order right now.
Based on my experience at this Chipotle, I actually had a decent experience. The food was decently fresh and the service was fast. They were also helpful with their recommendations and knowledge of their products. Overall, I had a good experience here. However, based on reading other reviews and their experience, I may not return.
