Delicious Food. The wait is very long sometimes, but the food is the bomb. Always good, fresh, and hot. Customer service is great as well. I would recommend this pladce to the world!!

Great ribs. Only open Wed thru Sat. The wait is rediculous! Sometimes over 1 hour. This is unacceptable for take-out ribs.

I get five stars for everything even though the food was a little slow to come out. You will not be disappointed Trust me!! I don't think this may be a good place to come to if you have like a 30 minute lunch or an hour's lunch and you walk into place your order. I've never done that to a lunch time at this place but it still may take a minute. If you have the time to wait the food is excellent and I highly recommend it. Everything is grilled on the grill they don't take any putting it in the oven and then throwing it on the grill which isn't that bad but they don't do that. From beginning to end the barbecue is cooked on the grill I highly recommend this place
Still the best ribs in South West Atlanta area! In and out in less than 35 minutes today; got there as soon as they opened. Delicious....ordered the Small Rib Tip today. Pic is me plating small of my tips up; a small gives me plenty for later. 😛
The best rib tips in Atlanta hands down. I give this establishment 5 stars for the food. The wait is not good, but the food and amount you get for your money outweighs the weight time.
You have to wrap your mind around the term patience and if you don’t have patience find another Rib Shack. Enjoy:)
If you have something to do on that side of town or maybe go to the mall once you place your order, then it's worth the order. The rib tips were so tender, you can chew the gristle lol and the collard greens were A1 with a kick, and even the Mac n cheese was good. But please have an hour and a half to spare. There needs to be a better system of ordering and getting the food out in a timely manner.
On time and good been rocking with this joint for ages.. number 1 spot in Atlanta, you just gotta know when to time it .Food is awesome good and you will get your money worth. 2022 still the best BBQ..

They may be slow...but Alex has flavorful ribs that can not be beaten NO WHERE..ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so even if they run out of ribs and ask me to return the next day..dang it I will be there!👌😁

This place ribs is flavorful and price is awesome! With the way food cost these days I recommend you to go try them! You might have to wait but it’s worth it
They simply know to make great ribs and rib tips. It will, unfortunately take a while to get your food if ordering a lot but well worth it when you eat it. I have been going to this place since 1986. That includes when I came home from my military career in California, North Carolina and South Carolina. I have people that pay me money to bring them back some

Traditional hole in the wall BBQ JOINT. The ribs and sauce are excellent! Rib Tips will make you want to Slaaap your Drunken Uncle! (I would never even think of slapping my mother. I love ❤️ my life). I did not give 5 stars because the service is slow even if you call it in. They do not care about correcting it because they have a good product and people are going to continue to come.
