I went here during a school conference with a group of 20 people. My experience was excellent. Good, food, drinks, service, and music all in one place. Even with a large group our wait times were not long. We were so pleased that we ate here the following night as well.
Excellent customer service! Great portions for the money for sure. Alexis and Embry were awesome. They made our experience one worth coming back for. We opted for salads for lunch and were not disappointed!!! They were big and fresh and made to order. The drinks though, (long sigh)... so damn good. The atmosphere is very casual and laid back, come comfortable and watch whatever game is on. The restrooms were clean, y’all know I ALWAYS check. Can’t wait to go back.
My 4 star is mainly for the staff. They were a good vibe. The food was so-so but could definitely have some improvements and the actual service as far as timely food ordering and such could use a little pick me up. But all and all was a good experience.
So to be completely honest the area looks a little sketchy (I'm from a different side of town and ended up at the wrong Jr crickets) but we had a great experience the service was way better than the service I get from the one I normally go to. We were greeted by multiple servers and a manger when my mother and I walked in. The waitress came over to introduce herself and let us ask any questions we had about the menu. The food was great and reasonable. I'll be returning.
