Delicious food! I had the gnocchi with shrimp and a special derick the bar tender Tenise created for me that was out of this world delicious! My husband had the burger with a special cheese (can’t recall the name) with fries…also amazing.

The food was really good.. we had an hour lunch break so we walked to here.. the front door was closed but you have to go through the hotel entrance..
Really terrible. This is an in hotel restaurant and coffee shop for the W Downtown. During my stay, I tried ordering room service 3 times for breakfast - each time the line was busy, and I was unable to place an order.
Additionally, their coffee shop service is a joke. They have one person working
Went for brunch on Sunday and the chicken & waffles, shrimp & grits and avo toast were BIG hits!! The staff was also fantastic and so accommodating! We will definitely be returning - mainly because I want to try a few other things on the menu 😅
Here on 01-19 at 2:25-2:45. Not only did i never get greeted/seated. I sat at the bar the whole time and didn’t see one employee? In my short 25 years I’ve never seen anything like it.
The food here is fantastic! I stayed at the W next door and never got tired of eating here. Super convenient and delicious!
If you're looking for legit coffee, Condesa down the street is much better. But the ambiance here is nice.
