December 8, 2020. No, I did not get a refund. A Domino's manager called me and left a message saying they're giving the driver proper training, but that's it. My case is closed and my concerns are dismissed. This really solidifies my resolve to never order from them anymore.

this is my go to Domino's! They were one of the few pizza places (that I could find) after the recent tropical storm and they were SLAMMED. even still, they got me my pizza quickly and were very apologetic for it being late (by about 3 minutes, which is NOT a big deal at all).
