Good kungfu tea quality but parking and one way roads are inconvenient. I believe only street parking is allowed, but it is very limited. It's in the corner of 5-way road, and if you miss a turn, you have to come around the whole block. If you work in the vicinity, then walking is most preferable.

Stopped during my lunch break with my co-workers. I didn't get anything but my friend raved about the drink she purchased. It had nice inviting feel. The cooler temperatures today definitely made it more enticing.

I got the wintermelon coconut milk tea on a whim. I got a little less sweet, no ice, no toppings. It wasn't like the usual coconut milk they sell in the carton (as far as I know) it was pretty great. Next time I'd get it even more less sweet. The staff is nice and probably have stresses working on
The black tea was extremely strong not sweet enough. The first on I got was a supposedly “most popular” but I did not like so they gave me a honey one also extremely strong. The environment was clean and cool though.
