We went here for the first time ever last Saturday night. We went to support our good friends, who headline the karoake night every Saturday: USA DJ / KARAOKE. The venue is lovely, and the views are stunning. It was BUSY and PACKED; there was a 1 hour wait to be seated. Thank God there were bar seats available just then. I was highly impressed with the bartender; as busy as it was, she was perfectly poised and so welcoming. She even danced in place while shaking up cocktails, which really brings me back to my days behind the bar, years ago. We tried the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings". We make it a point to try cheesesteak egg rolls anywhere they have them so we can compare and contrast. Blue Water Grille's were different in a good way. The Buffalo Cauliflower was AMAZING! The staff was friendly to us and the DJ rocked the house (as they always do). I really was pleased with our evening there. If you have not been there yet, go and check it out! Go on Saturdays! Drink up and sing out!
