Never seen a restaurant as terrible as this kfc/Taco Bell. They close at 9 and start telling people they’re out of one thing or another. Tonight was the same as last time and they were out of meat for Taco Bell period. Slowest drive thru ever and just wait +20min to get told they don’t have chicken
Got into line at 8:58. Lights were shut off at 9:08 and nobody bothered to inform anyone in line that they had decided to close early despite their hours online saying open until 11. Took a littlebit to get my order but it was right and fresh. Can't complain about that right ? Slow drive thru service but everything is great. Would reccomend
I'm not sure how this place can even consider itself open. They've been closed before 830pm 3 times in the past week and today they were open but out of beef, chicken, tortillas, chips, and sour cream. I don't think they can even call themselves operational at this point.
Food quality and service varies from shift to shift. I'm happy with overall experience here most times. Drive through usually efficient.
Edited 1 year later to add: Changing from 3 stars to 1.. Last few visits I experienced terrible customer service on night shift. They consistently claim to be out
