Lots of different shops and outlet Stores. The food court has tons of fast food selections, and there are several great restaurants. The hours have shortened since COVID. Masks are encouraged, but not required. The mall opens early for mall walkers at 8am, and then the stores open at 10 am., except on Sunday it opens at 11am. Great for walking when it’s too hot or too cold out since the mall is a giant oval.
It's a wonderful place to go..not counting all the stores and restaurants and the fact it has 2 attractions sea life and Legoland in it. both of them places was really fun my grand kids had a blast. but in the middle of the mall they have a big play area for the kids and its free.👍👍
It was Great!! Kids loved the carousel (5 x's) lol. We went to sea life aquariums & rain forest cafe, and alot of the stores that we don't have in Saginaw anymore. Absolutely worth the trip!!

Full days worth of fun activities! Aquarium, lego land, shopping, a carousel, huge kids play area, nice food court, ETC! Very family friendly and worth the drive!
First time visit to this Great Lakes Crossing Outlet mall. I was extremely pleased with the overall diverse atmosphere. Be prepared to do some heavy walking! They try to make it easy by giving you brochures that includes maps and location layouts of the stores however, the stores are all over the place. Many of the stores were closed or had special business hours due to the pandemic (staffing shortages). Therefore, you really want to do your research to make sure it's open before you decide to come out to this location. I was excited because online they boasted having a coupon booklet for out-of-town visitors. Once I browsed through the coupon booklet, I was greatly disappointed because there were not many great deals listed. I was able to purchase a beautiful Coach bag at the Coach outlet and one of my favorite candles from Bath & Body Works. Overall, I really enjoyed the great exercise and the parking was plentiful. I highly recommend you go early so you can enjoy a full day of walking around. The food court is open as of today.
We had so much fun here. This place is so big and has so much to offer from Lego Land Discovery center to the aquarium to so many shops and a really big arcade! My kids and I had so much fun.
Edit after pandemic : I went on a Friday in the morning between 10:30 and 11 am. There were not a lot of people there and it was pleasant just to walk and get exercise. Not a lot of the stores nor restaurants were open during this time. I’m sure they have their own hours outside of mall time. My wife and I went back a week ago during late afternoon on a Friday and there were not as many people there as during the pandemic. We felt a lot safer. Great Lakes Crossing is still one of the better malls we’ve been to around the area.
Original review during pandemic: Too many people during the pandemic. Still to crowded to feel comfortable and I felt so overwhelmed I had a panic attack. Stores are unique and some have people restricting the amount of people that can go in each.
