We've visited this location three times during the last month or so. The last two times my daughters drink was wrong. When we notified the person working the drive up window, they said nothing. each time. This second time, we waited at the window to confirm the drink was correct to avoid having to wait in line again. Every time we order through the drive through (lobby is closed currently), we've never heard anyone repeat our order back to us. This results in a huge inconvenience as we need to loop back around and get back in line again. I understand places are short staffed, but basic customer service should still be in place. We will now make our purchases elsewhere.

Last 3 visits my latte tastes more like milk with flavor. I understand it's mostly milk but I should be able to taste coffee.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location, wish I could put 0 stars. My friend and I both asked for almond milk in our drinks as we are both allergic. Repeatedly told the lady at the front desk our orders as she was eating and clearly very annoyed as she was fumbling with the recite paper and not making eye contact. After repeating back both orders three different times, we were given the wrong drinks. She then took the drinks back and added in the correct product. Not even an hour after consuming our coffees, my friends went into anaphylactic shock. Later was told that it from consumption of dairy. The coffee was the only thing she consumed that day that day which would have included the incorrect milk. Highly disappointed as this was a fixable solution. I to work in customer service and understand bad days, but, this was unacceptable.

For awhile this location got good, the past few months it has been absolutely terrible again. Wrong order 3 times in a row, drinks are never made right or they don't have the stuff to make them. Overall this store really needs some help if plans to be around long.

The only reason I go here is becuase its convenient. If you're in a rush, dont go here. Want a fresh donut? Dont go here. There a few workers that are absolutely great, but others are impressively slow and always get orders wrong. If you end up in the drive through for 20+ minutes, dont say no one warned you!

I come here when I have an appointment down the road every other week. Typically between 4pm-5pm. When I tell you that the coffee tastes awful every single time, I’m not exaggerating. These drinks are too expensive to have them taste like gasoline. Now I’ll be driving 10 minutes down the road because it’s just not worth it anymore.

Wonderful afternoon crew here. I was angry at first, every time I tried to walk in they had the lobby closed. Big change! 😁
They were so nice, they were really fast, the food and drinks were awesome.
