Stopped by on Saturday October 14 evening after a gig at a winery. Have been to many BK's and other hamburger joints and always get the quickly assembled messy wrapped burgers with cheese halfway on and off the burger, sauce lettuce onions on the wrapper and just messy, usually accompanied by so so fries. I ordered two Texas Whopper meals to go and didn't expect anything special. Let me tell you I was shocked when I got the order! The burgers were wrapped so neatly like a Xmas present that I was excited to unwrap! I should have taken a picture 📸 but not the social media type! The Whoppers were put together beautifully just like the pictures for once, no sauce dripping, no onions, tomatoes or lettuce out of place. Crispy bacon and just the right amount of jalapenos! Tasted even better than it looked with hot Crispy fries. I'm near Elk Grove but any time I need to be in Auburn area I will definitely be back. Shout out to the BK staff that were on duty that night!
My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Friday at about 8:15pm and were delighted to find a mostly empty, very tidy, fully stocked, and well cooled lobby. We were greeted by a friendly team member who promptly took our order. Our order was ready for dine-in approximately 7 minutes later and was piping hot, fresh, as ordered, and well presented. The onion rings were just perfect - hot, crispy but not overcooked, and not excessively greasy or soggy. Our entire order was clearly fresh (including the produce on our burgers) and made to order. We'll be back next time the mood strikes for a whopper, onion rings, and chicken fries, all better than expected. 😋🤤
Always nice folks working the drive through. Love BKs Sausage Croisanwich and the original chicken sandwich. I usually use their coupons and I know if I want something "special" order, like insisting it's "fresh" I don't act rude and self important and hold up the drive through line. I go inside.
Friendly staff member greeted me as I entered. Service was not so overly friendly, but was efficient & quick. Food was good. Gotta check out the giant fan over the ordering area - pay special attention to the brand name in the fan: "B.A."
Who would ever have thought Burger King would serve a better quality than Mc D's? Not me. But, I needed a quick bite- opted for BK, and wow- their whopper is still the size of an original whopper and Onion rings still like 20+ years ago. McD's bigmacs are slowly shrinking- pretty soon they will be sliders, and meat is so thin.
I don't do fast food often but I felt like a burger and didn't want McDonald's. Tried a couple whopper Jr. at burger king and they were great....fresh, hot and tasty. Size and price were perfect.
Whopper meal with onion rings were good.

Hot burger and fries ready to go, the staff was courteous and friendly when taking my order. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. Also the staff was friendly enough to make me an Arnold Palmer. Thanks :) EDIT: Changed to 5 stars because that BASS slaps in the bathroom.

First thing you notice pulling in is the clean parking lot very nice. When walking into the establishment I'm received with warm greetings from everyone behind the counter and immediatly an helped the cashier was polite and professional helped me with saving money on my order by showing me the tricks about the menu helping me save $5 on my meal and thanking me for choosing Burger King for my support ❤️ thanks guys for the great service and experience will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
I wasn't able to use the drive thru because I had more coupons then people in the car. Apparently BK has a one person, one coupon policy that applies to vehicle occupancy. I asked to come in, and they agreed to honor the coupons after I mentioned I was feeding more than myself. It didn't occur to me until a bit later to just drive two laps around the castle and complete two separate orders, but it worked out ok. Inside I was the only one at the counter and had my Whoppers and Original Chicken sandwiches in just a couple of minutes. One note of caution to my skirt/dress wearing friends; prepare for a spot-on Marilyn moment, because there's some funky fan, wind tunnel or something that attempted the signature Monroe move on my baggy tank top. I had to hold it down (seriously). The food was good, made fresh, and the fries were perfect.
