This is my favorite go to place twice a week for healthy nutrition especially during my busy schedule when I get in too late to grab food. I always choose this over fast food! I get the exact same 2 bowls. Power Acia for my son and a my go to is always a Tropical granola bowl with coconut or yogurt base along with a smoothie. On 12 / 19 I get there a few minutes pat 7 pm . i don't know how the miscommunication happened last night but I got into town after comutting 6 hrs put in my usual order,got home and to my disappointment ; my "Tropical granola bowl" was a Waffle bowl . I don't know if the young lady taking my order was just not listening because she seemed preoccupied but I did repeat my order twice because she didnt include my smoothie after saying ," so the two bowls will complete your order""???. I still do not get how she ended up entering and making a Waffle bowl that I clearly did ask for or order . A Tropical Granola bowl does not sound like "A Waffle bowl" and it was just terrible! I literally felt like I was eating not only waffles but a bowl of cut up sponges with a very small amount of anything else so I basically ate a bowl of bread for dinner and it had about a half a cup of straight whipped cream. who eats that ??? I will still continue going here because its clean the food is fresh and ive had great communication and customer service prior to this being my new location for the past 6 weeks but I certainly hope to never have that kind of mistake happen. I even had to ask the person who took my order for my smoothie after she handed me my bag and just stood there staring at me because I didn't take my bag and leave. I had to ask for the smoothie sitting in front of her and I was the only customer in there being served. I completly understand working long days and sometimes they aren't always positive and mistakes happen. I'll definitely start making sure they get my order right before leaving to drive the 10 miles home with the wrong order.

The lovely folks that work at this location are always very accommodating, quick, courteous, and kind. They've always been very helpful in answering my question about ingredients and substitutions, and today was no different. With temps climbing to 100°, delicious smoothies for the win!

I went into the Jamba Juice store in Auburn a few days ago and got a smoothie and cheddar tomato twists and the service was great! I was helped as soon as I came in the door and all the people who were working were very friendly and seemed pretty happy. I would highly recommend this store. It was so amazing that Ashlee remembered my name!!! It made me feel like I was the only customer there. Hailey is always friendly as well.

Amazing experience, awesome employees. I don't go there all the time, but my coworkers do, and they love this place as well. We all come back for the great experience they offer. We will always be back. By the way, Ashley is totally awesome, she cares, she's great at her job, and really takes good care of the customers needs/orders

Super convenient store right off 49, super friendly from all the employees an super consistent with how fast they are. All together a great experience every time I go in there. Shyla was such great help explaining what smoothies were the best since I didn’t really know what to get.

I love our Jamba Juice in Auburn Village. It’s the best place for smoothies, fresh juices including wheatgrass (which I can’t live without), food, & snacks! The staff is outstanding, friendly, & always willing to go the extra mile.

I love this jamba I'm not from Auburn but I do work up here and I work outside and when I get to hot and dont feel like eating a meal i love to go to this jamba juice not only for the smoothies but because of the great customer service as a manager myself I love great employees and you have an amazing one her name is maddie and she is truly amazing she goes above and beyond on each and everyone of my orders especially when I dont know the drinks that well she is kind and just all around great I wish I could find more employees like her but since you do have her I would say promote her fast before someone steals her. Thank you maddie for being so great I will always return to this location because of her....

This is by far my favorite Jamba the staff there are awesome. I couldn't ask for more cheerful people. And the products always fresh.

Honestly, the friendliest and nicest people ever, every drink they have made me was the best. The best Jumba Juice this side of the Mississippi!
