BK is my favorite of the fast food stops. This particular BK in Auburn NY is among the best (consistently) in quality of food, cleanliness & the I'll service with a smile.
On this latest visit I saw only 4 employees at work and they were 😀 cheerful with each other & customers, kept the orders flowi

Nicest Burger King in 50 miles. Food was perfectly prepared. Staff was super friendly. This store should be the blueprint for ALL Burger King stores.

Very fast service unlike its major competitor. Food was good and spent about 4 minutes in the drive thru.
The staff are friendly and the service is efficient. I sometimes come here for an informal chess club which is generously allowed to meet here. The food is tasty if its kind, the bathroom and various areas. Very pleased.

They have really figured out their process in the last few years. Years ago you used to wait in line forever to get your food. Using the app to order a head is even faster. Plus I always get something with an in-app coupon.
As far as BK goes it's far better than average. The staff is pleasant and customer friendly.
I've maybe had 2 mistakes in a year. They are great. Customer service definitely needs work but 5 stars on the food quality alone.
