Update: my third visit recently. Never disappointed....

Made an order 10am for a 12:15 pickup. Arrived. Paid at register and asked if the order was ready. Cashier said yeah. Rang me up and then said it will be ready in 10-15 mins. What? Was the attendant just running on auto pilot? 1 star.
The food was really delicious and plentiful. They were very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was I ordered fried rice and I got steamed rice. I will definitely be going back.
