The manager lady was very uncanny and treated me without any sort of respect after I had a simple question about the broccoli cheddar soup., she didn’t address my concern and just walked away.
I will never come to this location and suggest a change of treatment with for its costumers

Ordered a curbside order with one drink. She came outside to give us the bag and it had an empty cup in the bag. Why would I order curbside if I wanted to go inside for a drink? Then she didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Pizza was cold , sandwich was thrown together and the prickly pear drink w
I'd heard so much about Panera. It may have been that I got there late in the day but they were out of items I wanted to try. A nice aspect of my being late was that it was relatively quiet with the simple banter of the employees being the largest noise, and that wasn't unpleasant but rather fun to
No wall plugs to work from here! We love Panera and prefer it over Starbucks to work from. This is the first of 50+ locations we've been to that doesn't have any wall plugs to charge our laptops while we work. Going to have to go across the street to noisy Starbucks.

I always love Panera. Even though I'm my opinion it's way over priced, the atmosphere is always awesome and the food is something I just can't get enough of. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well.
Great food. Staff attitude was bad. I understand work is stressful, but if I'm being patient and respectful, at least acknowledge my existence while I'm a patron. Not trying to be rude, just address the issues at hand.
Poor service and seems like no one pays attention to a simple order. Both times my carry out order was wrong. For a $16 lunch, it’s disappointing.
I am usually pleased with Panera, but not today. My citrus salad was soggy, too sweet and overdressed. French Onion Soup was tepid. I threw most of the salad away. Certainly didn’t get my money’s worth. What a sad lunch.
