This is not a bad buffet home. Seating is always quick, though my daughter and I usually would grab a different place to sit. Went once. Was promptly seated but no one came and took my order. An elderly woman behind me spoke up. She had a plate of food in front of her. She stated someone went to get her silverware and that was a half hour ago. I waited ten more minutes and left. The lady was still wsiting.
