Tonight we had an all around wonderful time eating our dinner. The server that was assigned our table tonight was named jerry, and too top it off his comical personality left me so inspired to write this post!!! Well think of you when we have our snack !!! Jerry defiantly makes the top five best servers.. we love the 99s, always a go too. The best experience being served at the 99s, happened tonight!!
We came in for lunch with our 2 boys the other day. This is always a challenge for our family as our youngest has severe autism and outings can be difficult for him at best. Everything was amazing. Our server Lexi was very accommodating and made sure we were in and out before the pending meltdown from our 5 year old. Always appreciative of a server who is patient and understanding and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks so much Lexi.
It was amazing. The server was very prompt and professional. I didn't have a great experience at a different 99. This one was so good that it made me want to go to another one. The food was delicious, and the menu was very comprehensive. I wish there were more 99s in the Tri-State area. It was much better than TGI Friday's! The restaurant had more healthy choices than other sit-down chain restaurants.
Great food f9r not a bad price. Normally me and my fiancee would go to Applebees. We have no problem with them but 99 has much better food and real friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

Loved our recent visit. The waitress Jordan was great she was prompt and efficient brought me a refill of my water without even asking she was very polite and friendly . I had the Atlantic Baked Salmon which was scrumptious the best I've ever had. My husband had the Fish and Chips that he said was sensational . Will be visiting again in the near future.

Great experience. The beer was fresh and cold. My Buffalo wings were perfect. The best part was the service. I was at the bar, Sarah was the bartender. Very attentive, and very happy. Smiling and talking to everyone. She is awesome. Oh ya, the prices are great. You will not break the bank here.
The food is amazing and the staff is always nice and friendly and the food is ready quickly.
It was pretty good. Haven't been there in years and decided to try it again. There is clearly a new manager as the place was much different. It was pretty busy but they did great. Clean. The waitress, though busy, took descent care of us. And the food was good. I got the Buffalo mac and a wedge salad. Both were great portions and tasty. Thanks.
I don't usually expect too much from a chain restaurant but this place is an exception. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is always good and fresh. I usually get take out here and they do a great job making sure everything is ready for a trip.
Came here for lunch on 6/20. Amanda was our server and was great!! We are from out of the area and my wife had to have a Lobster Roll while we were in New England. She had the HOT BUTTERED COLOSSAL LOBSTER ROLL which she said "Is the best thing I have ever eaten." I had the SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH which was quite tasty. Perfect level of heat.
Food is always good here. Susan wonderful server with a very pleasant personality!! I really appreciate that they have another driveway to exit because taking a left coming out is very dangerous.
Great summer lobster specials! Devon, our bartender/server was awesome! Warm lobster roll, seafood chowder, and strawberry cake were all delicious!
The waitress was very nice and patient with my family. My son has autism and sometimes he let's out yells which can be disturbing. It always worries us that it'll bother others but she handled it very well. The food was delicious and it came pretty fast. The restaurant was also very clean.
