There are baristas there that I've known longer than we've had our kids. I can count the number of times I've had an incorrect order on one hand, and in those rare cases, it's usually a case of a new employee and it was quick to be fixed.

Really nice, fast, and good service, but a few things were missing from our drinks (whipped cream on one and java chips in another) and we didn't realize until after we left, but in their defense, my kids like to order REALLY complicated drinks from the Starbucks 'Secret Menu' so...
As great as overpriced coffee can be. They got our order wrong but gave us a free chocolate croissant to make up for it, and the baristas were super friendly and efficient.
Incredibly nice and friendly staff, really good drinks. Best Starbucks I’ve been to in awhile.
