So we went there at 745 pm. Was told they sold out of roast beef. So I had a number 16. The wrap was old the veggies were old. Best fish sandwich from any fast food restaurant I've ever been to and I've tried them all. Spicy one is the go to one and with the two for six dollars offer available you can try both.
Went for lunch yesterday and had the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. They were OK but I wouldn't get them again as Arby's has a lot of sandwiches that are a lot better. Dining room never open, drive thru line out to the street add in wait over 20 minutes to get food, burnt buns on sandwiches, overpriced for actually what you get. Avoid this place like the plague. Wish there was another Arby's somewhere in the Worcester/ Shrewsbury area that was better.
$15 for a burger that is cold, pink all over, and undercooked. FYI I’m a cook and it doesn’t take 3-4 mins to cook a steak burger. They obviously pre cook it and have it sitting around. I had to go home soon after as it made me sick.
Super nice staff. Never had a bad experience. Only issue is sometimes staffing restrictions can close the Dine In option.
