Always great food, whether it's a hot dish or a cold sandwich; fresh food served fast; love the great selection of food from chicken Alfredo to the delicious soups to the awesome stacked sandwiches. I eat here at least once a week. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. My favorite sandwich is the Beefeater - one-half pound of roast beef served hot on a baguette with mayo and melted cheese and a cup of au jus
It has been very busy every time I have gone . Customer service was excellent , food delicious . Quick service . I recommend for everyone to give it a try.
Just had our first experience at the new Jason's Deli in Augusta. Everything was great! Great food, great staff and great service. We will definitely be returning.
But one quick question, who did the artwork/photography for the inside? Noticed they were all local pictures of Augusta and really looked great

Wow y'all were really busy today but all the staff was still smiling, friendly and handling it all in stride! Have to say y'alls employee Mr Jimmy made our day with his friendliness and kindness! He's a real keeper, we hope he's there each time we visit!!!

Sure, it's a chain, but that doesn't stop it from being a good dining experience! It's a deli and they have great soups and sandwiches. If that's not what you're looking for, well, you're in the heart of Washington Road, you can see 10 different restaurants before you've turned halfway around!
It's got dark brick walls, with an open layout of booths and tables, and there's a small porch with a few tables you can choose, too. Service has always been quick and I've never had an issue with substitutions or special orders.
I'm a big fan of their Reuben, it absolutely towers over the plate and is tough to get your mouth around, but once you do, you won't be disappointed! Any of their sandwhiches served on a croissant, The Club Royale for one, are wonderful. As far as soups go, I really love their organic tomato basil soup. I generally don't like tomato soup, but go out of my way to get theirs, it's very hearty and flavorful.
Kids get lots of choices, not just chicken fingers (though they do have those), including a salad bar.
Soft serve ice cream is self-serve, and comes with every meal, who doesn't love that?
It's a great meal for the price!
Really love this place. Way too many sandwich selections and not enough time to try them all. Love the salad bar...always fresh and well stocked. The French onion soup was good...and it was even vegetarian. The chicken Alfredo penne was surprising good as well. And to top it off...free ice cream. Great place for lunch or dinner. Sometimes it gets crowded but don't get discouraged because the line moves pretty quickly. One of my favorite places
Really good sandwiches, casual atmosphere, free ice cream(!), and a large salad bar. Plenty of options, great taste, and at a good value. I would recommend it for anyone.
My daughter loves it here. At least once a week she asks to come here to get a lighter portion Caesar salad. I don’t mind because I LOVE the salad bar and sandwiches here. They’re tomato soup is also bomb so we love it here.
LOVED IT! I hadn't had a Reuben in a long time and was very impressed by the size of my sandwich although it did have quite a bit of fat that I had to cut off of each slice of meat. I had to save half for lunch the next day because it was so big so I got to enjoy it twice! My boyfriend got a Tuna Salad on Wheat (HUGE!) & for someone who is VERY picky - he loved it because they put chopped egg in theirs. Next time I'll come earlier to try the salad buffet (so happy to see a restaurant that still has one!).
My daughter and I just left this establishment. The customer service was on point from the moment we got to the speaker, to the moment we left. We were greeted by Elijah at the window and he had the brightest smile. He was very personable and made our short wait time pleasant. I appreciated the wonderful customer service. There needs to be more like him.
OMG this is the best place where I had salad, i definitely wanna come here after every workout.
