We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Cucina 503. We called ahead and made a reservation and was seated right when we got there. The bread they serve before the food was tasty and still warm. We ordered the lasagna and a salad. Only thing I can add I wish they offered Dr pepper or pib or something like it.

I made a reservation on OpenTable so I didn’t have a wait time. I ordered a few cocktails, all of them were great. They brought out bread with regular butter as well as balsamic butter. The balsamic butter was different but definitely good. I also ordered mussels for an app. The mussels were good too. Everything was good lol. I ordered the lasagna for dinner. It was cheesy and full of flavor. I couldn’t finish it so I had leftovers the next day. My date got the Pappardelle which also had amazing flavor. We shared and each enjoyed each other’s meals. I would add this on your list if you haven’t made it here yet. Must try!

Very nice and eclectic Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and served at an appropriate temperature, not too hot or too cold. The server was very attentive. We both enjoyed our meals so much, I didn't even think about taking pictures to post. Definitely will consider eating here again. So much nicer than big box establishments. So over those!

I haven't had Italion food in years and this place is great. Our waitress was exceptional as well. I would most definitely come back here.

Don't judge a book by its cover and don't judge Cucina 503 by its modest external and interior appearance. Excellent, friendly service and vert tasty food. We had the Caesar salad and Beet Salad for appetizers followed by Shrimp Scampi and Pasta Carbonara plus Zeppolli for dessert. We also had a seasonal peach cocktail and glass of a Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State both which hit the spot. And all of the above for $90 plus tip. Definitely recommend Cucina 503!

This restaurant shows Augusta has gems in the area. The drink menu is filled with great selection. The food is served superbly and flavor matches presentation. I appreciate the effort to get the experience right from every employee I noticed. The only complaint I have is the lighting. I understand the dimly lit ambiance but it is a little much I could hardly see my own table.

This is a gem of Columbia County! The owner is there most days and is easygoing and happy to talk to customers unless it's super busy. He actively participates in all aspects of the restaurant to include serving plates, bussing tables, etc. Hard to find that in just about any restaurant. Oh. And the food is AMAZING!!! Best salads and pasta around. The house salad and Caesar are better than any I've had bar none!
